Hi? I’m an left below the knee amputee from a motorcycle accident. From 7 months ago. Keep doing what your doing and with good messages. I’m a Firefighter Paramedic who will make a comeback on the FireDept. Then hopefully inspire other not to give up too. Keep up your good work. 😊
I got both my legs amputated. I have found peace with it and I live a normal life. I am a wife and have twin boys.
It’s amazing how protective the mind can be. But essentially the fact that you’ve blocked a lot of the trauma you experienced out is quite normal . I would actually classify it as PTSD and there may even come a day when you do start to remember......until then I’m privileged to be (a part of) your memory !

I have similar. When I was born, it turned out that my tibia in the right leg did not grow to the end and the best choice was to ambute her. You can get used to it
