It's true about "emotional financial security"... Most woman want a man whose willing to sacrifice and do whatever it takes for the family, a responsible guy. It's not about how much money he has, it's about how you can make the girl feel SECURE in all aspect.

yes pastor Joe, I would agree on what you mentioned about "emotional security". as long as I see that my "future" husband is doing everything to put food on our table, and provides the needs of his children, that would be more than enough for me. and if the guy and I are still in a gf/bf relationship, whether he has money or not to spend for me will never be an issue.

Re: Husband & Money: 1) Regardless of the fact that the woman has the higher income, if the man can demonstrate that he has good money habits and is not being irresponsible with their family’s finances, that can be endearing. 2) Both husband & wife have to realize & believe that the ultimate Provider is God; neither of them are. They both just have to be good stewards of the money that God allows to flow into their lives. 3) The husband may not be the higher earner, but he can lead & help in other important things like being a good & active partner in raising their children, helping with house chores, etc. The point is, wag siyang pabigat.
