Hi guys! I'm glad that you enjoy exploring our city and foods. Since Thailand has been called the kitchen of the world for more than 10 years. Especially in Bangkok you can find food 24 hrs. everywhere in the city. It's known as the city that never sleeps for a reason.
this is list where you go in this clip > polo fried chicken > lumpini park > Empire tower + % coffee (Empire 50th fl.) > soi lalai sap (silom soi 5) > silom market (silom soi 10) > samyan mitrtown
Love watching your clips😊 really to make sure what I , as a local, have missed out😅 Literally both of you have seen and experienced Bangkok more than I have all my life 😂😆
Thank you so much 😃❤️🫰🙏 😂😂😂 We do like to explore new and random spots 😁. We noticed there are so many hidden gems even just within Bangkok alone. We’re glad to hear we’re able to find them and share them with you bro 😃
Lumphini Park was donated to the nation in 1925 by King Rama VI. At that time it was on the outskirts of the city. From December 11 to 22, 2024 the Red Cross charity fair will take place in Lumpini Park. I visited the park in November 2022 while the fair was being set up. Looks like it takes over the entire park. I did see many water monitors, one was really huge. I can't imagine anyone getting close enough to be harmed by them.
If you came to the Lumpini Park during Feb to Mar, there are free concert performed by Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra at the pavilion which you passed after saw the water monitor. Sathorn area is business district of Bangkok. On the end of the Sathorn road it is New Road or "Charoen Krung" in Thai. It is the 1st road in Bangkok, built in King Rama Vs peroid for foreigners to riding horses. There are many embassies or consul offices in this area.
Dears, hangover movie is at the State tower it is name Sirocco ( bts Sapan Taksin) it is near the river same station as the icon Siam pier And another rooftop bar nearby is at Marriott Surawong hotel that is less people and much cheaper. Many Korean tourists they like rooftop bar at Kimpton Maa lai hotel.
I'm Thai and used to be one of regular joggers in Lumpini Park, not now I moved out from that neighborhood. I have never heard anyone got beaten by the Komodo before. Can tell you even in the morning when people exercise in the park, Komodo and people are good friends, we respect each other. If you can try to visit Lumipini between 6-8am you will love it. BTW street food stores around the park are also one of the must try.
Got it! Thank you for letting us know. That’s great to hear that they’re not really a threat. Thank you for the recommendation 😃❤️🫰🙏! That’s great to hear!
Samyan Mitrtown is actually my staple hangout for food and movie. House which is the name of the theater upstairs is where you can catch independent and art films in Bangkok. Selected latest movies are also shown there since it's the closest theater next to Chula University. The admission price is only 160 baht per ticket which is the cheapest in town.
Seriously! Some days we look better than other days 😂😂😂! All that walking and deliciousness of Thai food is bringing back our youth and health❤️❤️❤️🫰🫰🫰!
I recommend trying ‘Rise Coffee’ for high-quality specialty coffee. They have a fusion of Thai dessert combined perfectly with coffee. You guys would not disappointed!
I grow up in this area. It’s very famous for local people. After I traveled all around the world, I still think Thailand is heaven and one of the best and affordable place in the world.
Enjoy your vdo 😃Somtom looks yummy, it looks pale and green because green chili which gives scent of savory. I love green somtom too (not so much red dried shrimps). About the chicken sauce of the Michelin's restaurant. The 1st one was generally prioritized to use with both grilled & fried chicken in most Thai restaurants. And the 2nd (brown) one's secret ingredient which make delicious is tamarind sauce (as I described in your last VDO). After your exploration at Mahanakorn building, that street market avenue near Bangkok Bank building... Its nick name which is called by Thai is < Money Melting Avenue >...😀... In the beginning of this market, the targeting clients are the offices' workers around there during lunch break. And nearly all the shops there are closed before 16:00, and most shops are closed on Saturday & Sunday.
Wow! Thank you for the detailed information 😃❤️🫰🙏! They were both delicious! We must be Tamarind fans 😁! Thank you for letting us know the nick name! Money Melting Avenue is very interesting and unique. They close so early in that area. How interesting! Thank you for letting us know 😃❤️🫰🙏!

Hi, i am enjoying your vlog and taking notes on places you go. I haven’t been in Thailand for over 20 years, so many new places to check out. Are you guys on a long term stay in Bangkok?
Thank you so much 😃❤️🫰🙏! So glad to hear you’re enjoying them and taking notes 😁. Wow! 20 Years!? You have been deprived of Thailand goodness 😅😅. We are looking to travel within Asia for long term but we aren’t 100% sure exactly where we would like to call our home while we do so 🤔.
Are you going to Bali eventually? I am Indonesian but have been living in LA area for the past 40 + years. My husband just retired,we’re planning to go to Thailand and Malaysia (Singapore side trip) this October . Going to check out if I could live in Malaysia long term ,as I am interested in their Golden Visa program.
I think in the future we would be interested in traveling to Bali. We do plan on going to visit Indonesia for sure. Congrats on the retirement! Also, I think that’s a great idea to go to Thailand and Malaysia. We’ve heard about the Golden Visa but never really looked into that. Those cutie patooties are actually a monitor lizards not a komodo dragons😂 You need to touch it since you are ok with lizard!🤣 I've never heard of someone got bitten by them tho.
I personally think %Arabica is kinda overrated. Have you guys tried coffee and banana cake at babyccino? Its located in ekkamai soi 12. Their banana cake is very nice.

We can see ourselves living in Thailand. However, we’re not 100% sure. We’re also looking into Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Korea. We already lived in Korea for almost a year so we have some crucial decisions to make in the near future.
32:59 If you have a chance, try KFC in Thailand. I had KFC in the States, Canada, England, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Thailand. Thailand KFC is the best imho. Go for the Hot&Spicy. It's just a name. They're not spicy. Pick dark meat like thighs and drumsticks. Stay away from the WingZ Zabb. Zinger burger is also good. Personally, I prefer Zinger burger to Chick-fil-A. 🤫 Egg tarts are good and cheap. It's like 60 cents a piece. Also, try the Iced Matcha Espresso. It tastes weird at first, but it will get better. It will be a new experience for less than $1.50.

@ I googled coffee in iconsiam and there’s so many. There’s even one called SOLID coffee and bar just outside it haha
I found it! maps.app.goo.gl/9NgXwiTZAAw3vA36A?g_st=ic if you like strong coffee… this place is good 👍
Those cutie patooties are actually a monitor lizards not a komodo dragons😂 You need to touch it since you are ok with lizard!🤣 I've never heard of someone got bitten by them tho.
😂😂😂 Didn’t know that til later. Lol just being near it scares me!
Glad to hear no one got bitten by them.
❤❤❤
❤️❤️❤️🫰🫰🫰!
คนตักไอศกริมน่าจะใส่ mask เวลาพูดแนะนำ บนถังไอศกริมที่เปิดอยู่ดูไม่ค่อยถูกอนามัยเท่าไหร่
That’s a great tip 😃❤️🫰🙏!
We didn’t mind though 😁. They weren’t coughing or anything and it tasted so good 🙏.
What did you use to do qr payments?????
GLN. It’s connected to a Korean Bank. If you’re from the states, I don’t think we have an option for scanning unless you open a bank acct in Thailand.
I personally think %Arabica is kinda overrated. Have you guys tried coffee and banana cake at babyccino? Its located in ekkamai soi 12. Their banana cake is very nice.
Unfortunately, I think we feel the same 😅.
We haven’t! Thank you so much for the recommendation 🥹😃❤️🫰🙏! Definitely gonna have to check that place out. Appreciate it ❤️❤️🫰🫰!
Next Episode,I recommend you visit Chantaburi province on May-June. It’s the Thai East region Durian seasoning at Chantaburi province.Don’t forget golden time of the delicious Thai Durian in fresh garden at East region of Thailand .more than 10 species of special Durians at there.
OoO thank you so much for the recommendation 🫰🫰🫰!
We have yet to try the actual fruit Durian 😬.
Wow! There’s that many types of Durian!? Omg! That’s crazy. Which ones the best 😂?
Do you see yourself moving and living there? lol
We can see ourselves living in Thailand. However, we’re not 100% sure. We’re also looking into Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Korea. We already lived in Korea for almost a year so we have some crucial decisions to make in the near future.
@@ChovyTravel Traveling and exploring is the best part.
100% Agree 😃!
ให้เดา น้ำหนักพวกคุณน่าจะเกินพิกัดไปหน่อยละ😊😅❤🎉

It was HUGE 😂😂😂! That was amazing.
Egg tarts are good and cheap. It's like 60 cents a piece.
Also, try the Iced Matcha Espresso. It tastes weird at first, but it will get better. It will be a new experience for less than $1.50.
Wow! We can’t even remember the last time we had KFC 😂😂.
Thank you so much for the detailed menu items 😃❤️🫰🙏! We appreciate you taking the time to let us know ❤️❤️❤️🫰🫰🫰!
@@ChovyTravelMy pleasure.
By the way, you have spent weeks in Thailand. Do you think that you acquire an ability to distinguish a ladyboy when you come across one? 😄
Yes, I have 😃.
@@ChovyTravel Per your Thailand KFC video, I'm glad that you didn't take my advice and ordered WingZ Zaab since you ended up like it a lot. 😁
Bro! How could you not like Wing Zabb? It’s good! We wanted to literally try everything on the menu and glad we were able to. What do you like from KFC in Thailand?
Thailand so hot Welcome to Thailand 🇹🇭 have a good trip good luck 😊 friendship 💗ขอให้มีความสุขเดินทางปล่อยภัยครับ
Thank you so very much for the Welcome 😃❤️🫰🙏! You’re so sweet! Thank you for your kind words 🥹🙏!
Wow! Thank you so much for sharing your childhood experience with us 😃❤️🫰🙏! That’s amazing! So most Thai’s know how to make delicious SomTam then 😁🤤. SomTam is delicious!
I think it depends on your age and where you grew up as well. As someone who’s born and raised in Bangkok,I do not know how to cook most of the traditional Thai dishes. The same goes for most of my age group 25-30s. We mostly buy it from our local curry shop or local market or 7/11.
Ahh that totally makes sense! Thanks for making it more clear 😃❤️🫰🙏! I Love 7 Eleven in Thailand 😂.
