I did not know the Troop can have more than one Assistant Scout Master. Good to know.

I had the best patrol and patrol guide. I was really anxious going into it. And came out so much better than I ever could have expected.

It's always better when you have others there to help. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel or anything to have success in Scouting. I have found that sometimes it's best to let things work themselves out. Scout leaders have the best job in scouting. Keep up the good work. YIS⚜

Thanks for this, I’ve been asked to step into a SM role in our troop. I’m worried about juggling a busy work schedule and family time.

The Scoutmaster position is very rewarding. Focus on the training and don't worry everything will work out just fine. Always remember to keep recruiting adult leaders to help. The more leaders you have the more you can delegate and make the job less hectic. Do everything you can to prevent burnout. If you haven't had a chance yet, I would recommend seeing the video on Burnout Prevention. ua-cam.com/video/cJPfqkqMeg8/v-deo.html Keep up the good work. YIS⚜

Those are great books, but what do you find most important about them? Sometimes they are used in live training and included in the course cost. YIS⚜

You say your putting up links, we hear the sound, but no links are appearing.

Sometimes UA-cam doesn't quite link the information cards (ℹ) put up in the browser session. All of them are in the video description below the video. I would refresh the browser (maybe Turn It All Off, And Turn It All Back On Again - TIAOATIABOA). They're there just that your browser isn't bringing them up. YIS⚜

I have a question I just recently became an Eagle Scout and today I got my certificate at my troop meeting. What is the Eagle Scout Card that I also received and what can I do with it and what’s it for? It would be perfect next video idea or something. Was just wondering

Congratulations on your Eagle. The certificate and card identify you as an Eagle Scout to the rest of the world. Some employers may request a copy for a raise in pay. The military will need a copy for auto rank advancement after boot camp. You will need the card to get Eagle Scout patches at the Scout Shop. Keep them safe but if you lose them you can get copies from National. Welcome to the Eagle's nest. Thanks for the suggestion I will look into the subject and hopefully get something put together.
