I love your tips. And I truly appreciate your content. It is so incredibly daunting being a woman. We have a lot of different needs and I really feel that the media and the beauty industries take advantage of that. And so many women fall prey to it. I do too, all of time.

I LOVE this! Thank you so much for sharing! :-) I fell into the UA-cam trap of buying tons of different hair, skin care, & makeup products, thinking they'd help my acne & dry hair. Turns out, the most simple routine I've tried is the best one for me! A Clean & Clear face wash, Cerave moisturizer, and Suave or Loreal hair products! It's so refreshing to see someone talking about an affordable, simple routine!

Just a tip that I recently started doing, instead of using brow gel I spray a spooly with hairspray and use it to hold my brows in place. I have sparse brows, also thanks to the 90s, and use this technique to give the illusion of fuller brows after I’ve filled them in. It’s just one less product I have to buy and allows me to use what I’ve already got on hand.

This was a fun one! I love seeing what beauty products others use. I have found that the older I get-less is more make-up wise. I am 53 and the game changer for my skin was when I started using those little face shavers made specifically for a woman’s face. Not only does it remove the peach fuzz, it exfoliates pretty deeply and fresh skin shines through. I wouldn’t have needed that in my younger years but it’s a game changer for me now.

My frugal products for my face are from Aldi ! Their face creams are lovely & very inexpensive. I'm at a loss for the price right now because I bought them last year & still haven't needed to replace them. I have both the day & night creams.
I save a considerable amount of money because I don't use primer, foundation, mascara, powder, concealer, blush or lipstick. I like Rimmel pencil eye liner....around $3. I apply a thin line of it right next to my lashes which makes my lashes look fuller....& I'm done !
I switch around on shampoo....I try whatever's on sale. Takes me months & months to go thru a bottle of shampoo.....so that's to my frugal advantage !

Aveeno lotion is a favorite of mine. Switched from Patene to Dove shampoo and conditioner due to Patene drying my hair out..so far it's been working so great on prices. Uses to be a heavy foundation user but have switched to a tinted moisturizer. My skin is thanking me for it as hardly any break outs.

Thank you so much Jennifer I take notes on all of your videos :) You are amazing! I have recently started using a very cost effect lash serum from Amazon on my lashes and I now no longer wear mascara or need it on most days (along with any other makeup except lip moisturizer). Also If I do want them to be a little darker I use a bit of liquid Henna (the little bottle lasts me a year) with a spoolie and add to my lashes and brows it lasts for a week or so then I reapply.

Can I just give you a quick tip? You reminded me of it when you said to thin out your thick moisturizer with water. After washing your face, leave your skin damp (not dripping wet😆) and apply your moisturizer over it. It will lock in moisture and really amp up the performance. I'm telling you, it works! Have a lovely day!♥️🇨🇦

Johnsons baby shampoo and conditioner works great for me. Also, Dove fragrance free soap beauty bar, Ponds Cold cream, I take makeup off with Ponds then wash with a wash cloth and Dove soap. Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Reducer Cream works great for me too. Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick is my favorite. Thanks for the fun video

Jennifer I also have very sensitive skin; but my skin is very dry! I can’t use any anti-aging products like, retinol, vitamin C etc. my skin is so sensitive! I was curious what you use on your body , bar soap or body wash? I use Dove unscented bar and I like it; but my skin so dry! I can’t use scented products on face or body!

Hello from Tijuana, Mexico 🇲🇽 Jennifer!!! 🙋🏻‍♀️ i’m in love with the Aveeno products 😍. I also have sensitive skin, but it’s oily 😅 and in winter time i have a tendency of eczema in my hands 😕, so finding products that work for me it’s a bit hard. I found Aveeno and i’ll never use other stuff 😋. I use the Daily moisturizer 🧴 in my body, the Aveeno “Calm+restore” oat gel moisturizer 🤩 in my face and the eczema therapy balm in my hands when i need it.
For moisturizing my feet a really frugal tip that my mother in law gave me is to use vaseline and put cotton socks before going to bed, it works great!!! 😉

Another “beauty” feature that you wear well are your earrings…. I love the multiple hoops. I’ve even shown my daughter how classy and put together you wear your earrings…….she’s trying to decide about her second holes and I always reference how you wear them well.

I am very dry and slightly sensitive skin. My hair is super thin and baby fine. I use drugstore/big box brand hair, face and body products. Cetaphil or Micellar water are my face washing go toos. I use whatever thick body lotion is on sale, as well as body wash. I moisturize with a heavy cream as my face is so dry. I also use a Cerave facial cream with something in it that causes a tingling/exfoliating property (I am blanking on what it is). I love elf makeup as they don't test in animals. But I buy as many products that don't test on animals.

Don't know if you are aware, or care, but all the products you are using (other than CeraVe) and Wet and Wild) are tested on animals. I personally wouldn't buy any of them. But if you are interested, Cover Girl is now cruelty free, and many of the hair care products are cruelty free.
