I love it that every time Paul mention the name of Muhammad, you directly continues with Shalallahu 'Alaihi Wassalam. It's that small details that made me love you, brother. And yes, Arabic language is so difficult. Non-Arabic speakers, like me (I'm Indonesian), hardly pronounce it correctly, reading it also challenging, and yet we need to read The Al-Qur'an as correct as we can. But we do our best. Haha..
24:14 You are absolutely right. We in Egyptian do not use all these complications and we do not like arabic grammar. Rather, we still use the grammar of the ancient Egyptian language, which makes Egyptian much easier to pronounce and faster to learn, and as you said, everyone will understand you well in Egyptian.
💡 Useful Fact: Saudi Arabia is a great example of Arabic dialect diversity due to its geographical location, and huge size being the Arab country with the most borders shared with other Arab nations. It serves as a bridge connecting Egypt, the Gulf countries, the Levant, and Yemen. Saudi dialects vary based on regions: Eastern Saudis have a dialect close to that of Gulf countries. Southern Saudis speak in a dialect close to Yemen. Northern Saudis have a blended dialect influenced by Jordan, Iraq, and slightly by the Levant. Western Saudis (Hejaz region) have a dialect close to Sudanese and Egyptian Arabic. Despite these regional differences, all Saudi dialects carry elements of the Najdi dialect, originating from the central region of the country.
