The reason why she's mentioned as "Sparkle as Sparkle" is because at that point of the story, she's the only one that has figured out the whole plot and escaped Ena's dream. Hence, she's the only one playing her real self, while everyone else is stuck in a dream, not playing themselves. Very very fitting with her line "What is a fool? Knowing when to act clueless." She makes it seem like she's just a silly character that wants silly things, when she's driving EVERYTHING forward from the background. (Sending you to the "real Penacony", we still don't even know how and why she could. Acting as Robin. Saving Firefly. Etc.) Kind of insane to think that she'd have outsmarted Welt, Himeko, Acheron, Dr. Ratio... All of who hadn't realized they were in Ena's dream. That and, the reason why she allied herself with Black Swan over Aventurine and all, is probably because she needed Black Swan to realize Ena's dream herself, to have the ability to help everyone else wake up with her Memokeeper powers. I’ve seen connections between genshin and hsr so they might be in the same universe. Columbina and sparkle also look very similar. Columbina smiling and singing at signora’s also seems like something would sparkle would do.

It's a well known fact of the universe that they're shady, it's just part of their culture. two things that I think: 1. Sparkle's true identity is that of an actor. She takes on different roles based on the situation she finds herself in, and acts according to those roles, but the only thing beyond that is simply Sparkle's personal enjoyment of the dramatic situations she both orchetrates and acts in simultaneously. 2. I think Sparkle's hate for Aventurine is only half genuine, and stems from Aventurine rejecting the invite of the fool's tavern and instead going for the ipc, which is again only half genuine hate, because the dynamic between her and Aventurine is now much more interesting compared to if both were fools.
Imo, Sparkle could simply just not like Aventurine, and the IPC. She even outright insults the IPC, and those who work for them. One of her annoyances are regulations, rules, and limitations so she simply sees Aventurine as an extention of the IPC's control. And she doesn't have a face. In the real world, some dolls can change their faces. So she's like a psychopath. Without emotions, you can't have an identity, so you pretend to be some other person. She's interested in learning about human emotion so she can replicate it. We're interested in what we don't understand. However, psychopaths always think others are stupid because emotions often make people make stupid decisions because of love, for example. And psychopaths don't do that, their heart never hurts. That's why she thinks we're stupid. And she thinks life is just a fake game because she can never participate in it and understand people's urges. What is very interesting is that she is a follower of joy, when most likely dolls cannot experience joy at all. But perhaps it's the masks belonging to the Masked Fools that help her take on other guises, there's a theory that these masks can give superpowers. She doesn't treat Aventurine well, because everyone in the Interastral Peace Corporation is all bad and murky types. I think they're the ultimate villains. And their aeon lies about being the very first aeon, even though it's obviously not true. It seems ironic that Sparkle herself likes to lie, but treats similar liars badly. However, this is just disrespecting the Aventurine Corporation and not wanting to co-operate with the Corporation, because all the people there want to deceive you out of malice, for profit and money. She "lives for fun" - meaning she finds people funny and likes people, so she's not bad, she's just not human and thinks differently. I think that it could be similar to focalours and furina where sparkle might be a human(ish) incarnation of Aha (the elation Aeon) because in her character demo she says herself that she is elation and Aeons are sometimes referred to as “the *blank*” with “*blank*” being filled in by what they are the Aeon of so for Aha they are “The elation” and in sparkle’s own words she is “elation” not to mention that Aha is a faceless being who holds many things in his hands one of which being a mask and in sparkle’s ultimate she holds many masks so a way you can see it is that sparkle is the mask that Aha holds plus sparkle can take any form so similarly to Herta we have no idea what her real appearance might be so I think that a way to sum in up would be to say that sparkle is the mask as a mask can disguise anyone as anything so long as the mask fits the role

Something interesting to point out is that Dr. Ratio is involved in the Penacony Arc and it sounds strange to why he would be situated there; unless he is also a masked fool. While Dr. Ratio is obviously associated with the Intelligentsia guild, he may belong to the Masked Fools as he is seen wearing a mask when we first meet Dr. Ratio in the previous trailblaze continuance quest. A common aspect of the masked fools is that all of them wear masks, want to have fun, and support Aha. Dr. Ratio’s dogged pursuit to find the cure to idiocracy might have sparked Aha’s interest in the intellect and Dr. Ratio might have had the sudden realization that laughter encourages retention of information and helps with learning. Thus, it is possible Dr. Ratio‘s reason on Penacony might be to find the source of academic laughter which could be the cure to idiocracy. It is easier to learn and retain memories when we are having fun and laughing in amusement.
I generally thought that Dr Ratio was related to Inferno\ Ifrit, because he acted very suspiciously in the story on the space station and then he summoned the "infernal fire" (I don't know the exact English word for it). Your theory is very possible and interesting! A follower of Aeon of Joy could make up something like that with infernal fire for fun. But I'm afraid that the developers won't think of it, because the Xianzhou finale was a bit of a letdown and didn't live up to the grand theories. They didn't even tell us anything about the Louchas coffin.... And the main proof - Aeon of Joy can be the smartest, because only he in the virtual universe realised that he is not real. And his followers repeatedly broke the four walls. Dr Ratio might have liked that. Also, in "character stories" it's usually true, because it's not the character telling about themselves, it's the "author" telling about them. It is said about Sparkle that she is a doll. And dolls can't physically feel emotions, she has to pretend to be someone else because of her lack of emotions. She can't rejoice physically, but follows the path of joy all the same. That's what's interesting, the Masked Fools might actually surprise us. Because your theory is probably true. That would be cool

the trailer about "her backstory" is probably fake but I think the way how the story goes is true.

Something interesting to point out is that Dr. Ratio is involved in the Penacony Arc and it sounds strange to why he would be situated there; unless he is also a masked fool. While Dr. Ratio is obviously associated with the Intelligentsia guild, he may belong to the Masked Fools as he is seen wearing a mask when we first meet Dr. Ratio in the previous trailblaze continuance quest. A common aspect of the masked fools is that all of them wear masks, want to have fun, and support Aha. Dr. Ratio’s dogged pursuit to find the cure to idiocracy might have sparked Aha’s interest in the intellect and Dr. Ratio might have had the sudden realization that laughter encourages retention of information and helps with learning. Thus, it is possible Dr. Ratio‘s reason on Penacony might be to find the source of academic laughter which could be the cure to idiocracy. It is easier to learn and retain memories when we are having fun and laughing in amusement.
I generally thought that Dr Ratio was related to Inferno\ Ifrit, because he acted very suspiciously in the story on the space station and then he summoned the "infernal fire" (I don't know the exact English word for it). Your theory is very possible and interesting! A follower of Aeon of Joy could make up something like that with infernal fire for fun. But I'm afraid that the developers won't think of it, because the Xianzhou finale was a bit of a letdown and didn't live up to the grand theories. They didn't even tell us anything about the Louchas coffin....
And the main proof - Aeon of Joy can be the smartest, because only he in the virtual universe realised that he is not real. And his followers repeatedly broke the four walls. Dr Ratio might have liked that.
Also, in "character stories" it's usually true, because it's not the character telling about themselves, it's the "author" telling about them. It is said about Sparkle that she is a doll. And dolls can't physically feel emotions, she has to pretend to be someone else because of her lack of emotions. She can't rejoice physically, but follows the path of joy all the same. That's what's interesting, the Masked Fools might actually surprise us. Because your theory is probably true. That would be cool

The tricky part about explaining Sparkle is that when reading through her stories and watching her trailers, you aren't actually getting any canon information. Every piece of information about her is a story she tells us herself. And of all people, Sparkle is in every way possible the most unreliable narrator imaginable.

My god what is that english voice..... I hadnt heard it before now, and wish i hadnt. It really doesnt fit. JP voice tho, completely knocks it out the park.

The japanese voice is too squeaky in my opinion. She sounds too innocent while english is more menacing which fits her personality more.
