Had the same issues as you with the deep Torx screw in the headlight assembly. The trick I think is to get a 12” Torx screwdriver (t30-Amazon). I got my bolt out in a few seconds. I feel your pain brother!
What is the bracket called and the bolts used to screw the bracket in you repaired? My bumper is missing the same exact bracket and bolts for the left front driver side too.
Yes. I am missing the same exact entire piece you glued back on your driver side. I am missing the same piece on my left front driver side as well. I looked everywhere online and even local junk yards and cannot find any 2008 Audi A4 2.0t Quattros to get that off of. Can you help get that same piece with the brackets and hardware?
@@guerramj that part usually has to be cut off, it’s an absolutely long process and I needed up just fixing my old bumper that had them on. I would say try to source a new bumper to make life easier. Send me a dm on instagram and send pics of the area

I ended up finally buying something that works haha probably one of my least favorite bolts to get to

Next time use a swivel socket extension. That will get the headlight out of there.
I bought some and the store sadly didn't have a long enough one lol. made it work though!

Are you referring the ones that connect to the fender? The ones where it’s 2 nuts in the wheel well
