You forgot to replace the CLD tiles on the doors when you replaced them. Those are very important because the entire point of them is to prevent the door skin from oscillating. The unweighted panel will now vibrate and it will act like a speaker, increasing noise in the cabin.

I have watched 90% + of his videos he has done. I binged watched him after I found him and somehow I missed this one. Tavarish and the whole gang have improved a great deal sense he has started and it is a pleasure to watch his videos. The P1 build is ridiculously expensive, I am surprised he did not have to start a go fund me page to help raise money. He may have been able to buy a new one for half the price it will cost him to finish his. Then when he does get it built the way he wants, but then will drives, the car will be one new driver away from getting rebuilt again.

If you have the ability to work on it yourself, you can save 90% of the cost. The savings are about equally split between electronics, and mechanical, in my experiences. The same is true of any car, but is far higher for the European marks! I've done jobs on my BMW that would have cost me $2,500, or more on my N54 BMW in half an hour, and $100 in parts more times than I can count! The $4,500 I was quoted, replacing the valve cover w/gasket, and the oil cooler seal, took me about 4 hours, and cost me under $100!
That should give you an idea of the spread. If your bank account has money you don't know how to spend, and don't care, great, dealer it is. Otherwise, do what you can yourself, or buy what you can afford, under warrantee, so it doesn't matter!
