This man should teach every law class at every law school in the nation

@@princessruth9155 I am now practicing! Good luck! You'll do great and you'll pass!
Amazing explanations! I am a Filipino from the Philippines studying Law, but I learn a lot watching your videos since our Laws are similar and related to your US Laws. Thanks and God bless!
1:48 fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine, 5:22 exclusionary vs fruit
Such a clear explanation of these concepts, thank you!
Great videos ! To the point and direct !!
Thank you!
That was very informative.. Very impressive explanation. Thanks.
Keep it up.👍
How did you this in a single take? That's impressive btw very helpful!

It’s easy. Once you are a continuous study, you’ll put things together with ease. The best thing about this video is him mentioning attenuation which no one mentions.
Wish he spoke on the ‘silver platter’ doctrine. Cops 👮♀️ 👮♀️ think they can get away with that when they can’t!!!!
thx from Brazil, I'm at the last year of law, and that's gonna be my graduation work theme.
Very informative and helpful video, thank you so much!
This video definitely helped with my assignment for Criminal Procedure, thank you! Also, you posted this on my birthday! Lol.
Great explanations! Thank you
Thank you for the support!
What do you call it when they steal a key and come right on in when you are gone? And the police going through private paperwork in a sealed bag without a warrant?
If i lie to a police officer during the traffic stop can this law still defend me in court. For example the police officer asks “do you have anything illegal.” And i reply “no.” And the unlawfully search my car against my consent and find something illegal. Will the exclusionary rule still be something I can use in court?
This is a very hard concept. Excellent video.
i agree but isnt it great when u challenge ur brain? i love it!
It's easy. Maybe it's too hard for police to get it.
Hi,from Chicago South Side u r smart u made me understand this crazy system
Regarding impeachment, when you say that impeachment doesn't apply to involuntary confessions under the 5th, do you mean confessions without an effective waiver (i.e., a coerced confession is not "voluntary" and thus no waiver has taken place) and thus cannot be used for impeachment purposes? Or 5th amendment violations in general?
I think of Miranda encompassing both the 5th and 6th (although they have differences) so I am a little confused.
i had to read it four times. lol
Same, I am confused
Very Helpful! Thank you!
Thank you. This was really great.
Can the police enter someone's home to arrest them on a complaint but no warrant?
i wonder if police would even be involved without a warrant, its a procedural n civil rts issue...
@@princessruth9155 Oh yes, the police gets involved in warrantless arrests all the time. There are multiple exceptions to the warrant requirement that will establish when it is a valid or invalid warrantless arrest.
You’re talented
I have a Crim pro exam tomorrow and looking at this last minute lmao
Very helpful!
Awesome. Glad this helped! 👍
I'm surprised you don't have a million views on these videos. uff
We'll get there! Thanks for tuning in. 🙏
THEY CANT TEACH THIS TO ALL HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES !! 😡😡😡😡😡😳😳😳😳😳😳🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😎😎😎😎😎😎💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💵💵💵💵💵💵💸💸💸💸💸💸🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥
☝️that part
What if police do not know how to read
😁😂🤣😎😋 sis, in hawaii they dont read either! aloha!
the cops in hawaii shoot polynesian boys alot too.
Can the police hack your phone illegally and use whatever they find as evidence for a warrant?
Without concent
The police can't the government can though
the govt can but they still require a doj warrant at exac lvl. nixon didnt wanna get a warrant. so gordon liddy just taped (like sticky tape lol) the door. so cray. but they do it anyway.
@@petu2123 The police is the government...
Constitutionally, no they can't!
Can the police get a search warrant for a person that don't live in your house ?
how wld a warrant have someone elses adress on it with someone elses name? or lets flip it, perhaps putting the names of the homeowners AND the perp on it tho.... but i dont think thats workable on a regular. it really needs to fit. homeowners need to have culpability.
bro thats a nutz question! 😂🤣
Yes, as long as they have probable cause (maybe an informant) that the person is in that house. They can also corroborate the information by watching from the street and identifying the person they (the police) are looking for. Maybe the person's car was parked outside or near the house.
I know this response is late, but it is to bring light to the question as the other responses were not too helpful.
@@ThiagoRV967 Great answer!! I will add to it by stating that when law enforcement has probable cause to believe that a suspect is in a third party's home, they MUST obtain a separate search warrant before entering the third party's home. Of course, there are exceptions to the warrant requirement, such as hot pursuit, exigent circumstances, etc.
Again, that is an AMAZING answer...I am nervous about the previous answers because it can be dangerous to spread misinformation.

How do you get a case over turn when you have dirty cops trying to keep u from doing that
Hire an experienced criminal defense attorney...
It's deeper than that but I understand
@@child_of_God223 I'm not making lite of your situation brother - cases are legit scary especially when dealing with police who are human - thus prone to lie and manipulate... Best of luck and I send you the best energy that I can...
God Bless
God is looking straight at you. Mars does not have the authority to find that sun. Nor do you have authority to find that gas. Nor do you have authority to find me?

Miranda is a consensual contract offered, if not refuted, then becomes tacit, and an agreement (informal contract). With covenants (contracts) we generally forfeit our CONSTITUTIONAL GOD GIVEN RIGHTS (unless reserved)...
That's why Miranda is applicable to the poisonous trees constitutional violations...
Inevitability is simply "public" vs "private"... Miranda is Latinized as to mean "to be wondered at" (aka, admire, from mirrored).. read Shakespeare's, The Tempest.
