Wait, if J-Fred has hypoglycemia, then wouldn't eating sugary foods be good for him? Since he has low blood glucose levels. I even looked it up and apparently eating foods high in sugar can help treat symptoms of hypoglycemia, so I think my logic is somewhat solid.

Because people with severe hypoglycemia are generally on medication to maintain a balance. Anything that is too sugary will upset that balance and then they have a chance of going into shock. Juice and candy may help when you’re in a “dump” though.
