How did you sew the lining into the sleeves so that the hem looks nice??

I lined it with satin. I Placed the satin and the main fabric, right side facing right side and I sewed it. I sewed it from the wrong side and then turned it to the right side. I don't know if I'm making sense. Let me know if you understood what I said
