There is NOTHING easy about off shore fishing anywhere in the world, the margins are so tight that one bad cruise puts you behind for the entire season. Good Luck my fishing Brother and Sister from an old Cape Cod (USA) fisherman!!!!!!!!

I grew up commercial fishing in Alaska, watching this video was good, was thinking a faster more efficient way could possibly be making a dump box where your table is and line it with a rubber mat and dump them into then rebait and sort as you haul. We did that with Dungeness Crab. Thought it might be a suggestion. Keep it up!

No matter how much work needs to be done, the dogs believe there is enough time to play ball. Thanks for taking us along.

Hey, I fish prawn on the west coast of Scotland. Have done on and off 16 years now, youl get far better value if you tube them and sell live. Throwing into baskets like that will cause allot of pinching and damaged prawns resulting In loss. They also idealy need to be submerged for about half an hour as soon as they come outa the pot. Again just keeps them alive. Your fishing for quality. But handling much like trawled stuff. Youl see a massive improvement in prices and any loss if you keep them healthy and alive 😁 individually tube, submerge for half an hour then you can just keep them damp. Sun and rain will also kill them. Sensitive buggers 🙈

We've been waiting months for tubes and finally got them. We have been banding large and medium since this video and keeping them live in our tank which is much better but now we've got tubes it's even easier and like you say more ££ 👍

That's a lot of line on the deck. I sure as heck have never done what you are doing, but I'm wondering is you might roll your ankle on the wet rope. Seriously enjoying this video man.
