The guitars were dipped in finish ,then dried with uv lights, in seconds ! Ken handed me a guitar bag and asked me what I thought was in there, I thought maybe 1 guitar, but there was 2 guitars!😊
I've got a '98 Classic Maple. Such a cool guitar. They can hang by the upper horn in a standard guitar hanger; that's what I do. Looks off-kilter, but that kinda makes sense with a Parker. haha
You can also put doble foam on your hanger and hang it as a normal guitar, my guitar teacher has been using this method for year and never had a problem
Thought they were ugly as a teen but now i kinda like them and have huge respect for Ken. Don't worry about the playing man, not everyone can be Van Halen.
Just a standard superglue so that I could use just a little and not make a mess. It also gave me a little time to make sure it was positioned correctly. I have no idea what they used originally.
Parker Recommended Fret Adhesive. U.S.Music confirmed: 1) Loctite 392(part #39205) adhesive, and 2) Loctite 7387( part #18861) activator. Approx. $50 for the two items.
I was trying to do something different than other videos, explain the history and so on, plus I'm not a great player and don't much like playing on camera!

Mines a 98 classic. I bought it here in England about 6yrs back. It's in lovely condition. Definitely a keeper.
Great guitars indeed. I have a 97 Deluxe in gold and love it. I fancy a Classic or Supreme to keep it company though.
i have a 93 majic blue hardtail that my local canadian shop brought back from NAMM, been my main squeese ever since !
Iconic design, if you love or hate it you’ll have to agree. A 90’s legend. I love it.
Love that sound, needs a really hot example to show how well it handles extreme levels.
Back again, I do wonder how one of these would handle lace alumitones.
If I ever find one beaten up enough to try I'll definitely give it a go.

Reminds me of the typical Dodge owner. They'll tell you, it needed a new engine, at 50k miles, but other than that it's been a great truck.

I have a green one. I love it.
If you haven't already, try blending a bit of piezo with your magnetics to get a brighter/less muddy tone.
Thanks for the tip. I have found that amp matching seems to be pretty important otherwise the DiMarzios are just too thick. Still learning...
Mags with a touch of Piezo blended is my absolute favourite Parker tone!
Very neat song at the end, loved the final bit especially
What glue did you use to restick the frets?

@@offbeatinstruments thanks, I hope I never need to do it. My frets seem perfect but I am told to avoid any liquids near them.

Plug the pizza into the headstock for highs. Feedback is then controlled by the antennae and no battery is needed!. Ill have your leg!

I should’ve bought one in 1997.
I wish I had too, a white one. Prices are getting a bit stupid now
Pizza bridge, pitsou???🙏😂🤘🍕🍕
Pee-ei-zo is probably more correct, but I don't care :-)
Piez-Oh or Pie-Zoh..
