You are so powerful and precise with every movement. I can tell how seriously you take your training and you are a beautiful and inspirational force of positivity. Thank you for sharing this perfect 1st degree black belt form. (ATA)
Thank you! I’m testing for 2nd Degree and have been using this video in addition to class. Very well done, easy to follow, crisp, clean, moves! THANK YOU!
You have beautiful technique and power. That said there are few things that need to be changed. It is a stomp kick, which means it is a bent leg about waist to lower chest in height with the foot turn out. It is not a axe kick. The inner forearm low block not a punching motion. Lastly, review your stances and their weight distribution and foot position. Please accept this as help from one of the professors of Songahm Univesity.
Thank you for the corrections. We are working to redirect our students and others to atamartialarts.com for the most up to date and accurate forms and weapons curriculum.
I was also wondering about the low inner forearm block, too. I seem to remember it had to be done in sort of a circular motion, instead of a straight down motion; am I remembering correctly?
It's one of the most difficult kicks in this form, second to the jump side kick. Takes a lot of training to execute it properly. With the correct setup, it looks great

Really great form ma’am!! I love your control and how you amplify your chambers before your kicks!❤️

I just saw this form be done an hour or so ago at my Taekwondo, nice to see it without like 50 people there 😭
A little stutter on one foot landing. But really impressive. Even some 5th dan katas can leave you cold, but she is Hot!
I don't think I came upon this when I got my first dan ...
Good job 👍🏻
The jump hook kick is not easy to do. Hurts like hell.
