Full flight from Bordeaux-Merignac (LFBD) to Paris Le Bourget (LFPB) in stock Citation Longitude, using BeyondATC premium voices, with FSLTL model matching.
It has been surprisingly long since my last non VR BATC flight, so I decided to take the Longitude for a spin, this time in Europe. My first idea was to try myself against my arch nemesis, the London City airport, but I decided to go something easier instead and fly to Le Bourget instead. With that I tried to find a departure airport not too close, but not that far either, preferably one that I have not yet used, and that was how I got to Bordeaux.
Overall I really enjoyed this flight, though I was expecting to get more vectors for the approach as I had to do an at least 150 degree turn onto the glide path and I was expected to do so on my own. Other than that I really enjoyed the cloudy-rainy arrival into Paris, and even managed to do a decent landing, though admittedly I touched down quite a lot after the touchdown zone. See for yourself!
