What is a masking effect? 🤔
Masking allows you to cut out something or even place something on top of your video. Think of it like cutting a hole in a video so you can see what’s in the layer below.

I own a paranormal channel and I'm always looking for spooky editing tips to keep the audiences attention..Like spooky Transitions and so on,,, And you're the 1st person I have come across that has offered something to this effect. I do use Woundershare 11 for editing and I love it...Thx GregM @ EXPLORING DARKNESS..
they are the official channel for filmora so i guess they will have a bunch of tutorials, masking is easy if you get the hang of it. Hope your channel gets better and better! Try davinci resolve if you are bored of wondershare filmora and there are a bunch of videos on how to use davinci resolve + davinci resolve has the greatest free features which you will probably like. Davinci resolve has better masking than filmora by far but you can stay on filmora if you want ;)

Hello Filmora, please add a masking tool hand effect in order to make masking better, I feel like using shapes and trying to mask is difficult, being able to use a masking pen will help with us creators being creative

Is it possible to do an effect that the object is attatched on the wall?
Change the "Program" from Agressive TE to Analog Base 1 TE inside the GMS setup equlizer panel..
if you are filming on a phone make sure to turn lock the brightness as otherwise the final result will have noticeable differences to the masked and unmasked frames in terms of lighting.

I mean for example if I create text titles with specific specifications (colors, size, shapes etc..), is it possible to use it in another project like copying and pasting it again without the need to save the same project with a new name and use it from there? please inform me.

Hello! I have a problem with Filmora and I do not know how to solve it. When I crop a video I notice between the cuts an unwanted sharp sound (clak) It does in 60% of cases. do you have a solution?

Be careful of things that move... like the mouse cable in the first clip. It didn't line up when masked.
