One of the best things about your videos is showing exactly what push/pull/lift/pry magic has to be used to decouple a lot of the weatherproof Molex connectors used in the wiring harness.
Great video. Very detailed. It's not required to drill the rivets out of the top mounts of the assembly. There's two ten mil bolts on the lower brackets.
Thank you, this was a very helpful video to replace the radiator on my wife's 500. The lower hose was the hardest, it took me forever to get it loose and off the radiator. Was a pain to put back in but it didn't take that long. And one of the wire harness was attached to the radiator with zip ties, was quite a pain to get that off too... but your video was a godsend, thank you!
That is awesome and very systematic and detailed. Love to see automobile technical things. Been looking for Fiat Linea's complete service detailed video.
2024 and still a great video. I'm a driveway repair kinda guy and as stupid as this sounds I didn't realise the Radiator and Condenser were 2 different things my radiator is fine but my condenser was damaged but from what I've seen it only means AC won't work and engine cooling will be just fine which was my main concern. Great video man really appreciated it.
Love the channel keep uploading! Been looking for an abarth with perfect maintenance records for a while now. It's not easy. Can you make a buyer's guide video for these? Possibly mention what to look out for and what years to avoid?
Great video! How long did the whole job take from start to finish? Im interested in the CSF Rad. Also bought and installed your bump stops recently. very happy with the lowered spring!
Great vid man. I want to change my stock radiator hose you think you can make a video on how to replace them? I’m going to purchase the one you have on your site
My 2013 abarth just started leaking coolant it drips on the plastic slid plate lip. Thx for the video. Know I can see whats under bumper. Wonder where the leak is coming from ?
So is a simple coolant flush a bumper off job? I'm just trying to do a flush, but not seeing another way to access that drain plug or lower hoses. Any advice?
Oh crap I didn't mean to flood the comment section with my crap but.. one key thing, you don't necessarily have to drill out those rivets and re rivet there's two bolts and other side of the radiator at the bottom to want to do and it drops down and out it is good to replace those brackets that are plastic though because plastic
We aren't trying to replace the radiator, just my bottom radiator hose. It has a quick disconnect and for the life of us we cannot get it to seat right. We were trying to do it without taking the whole bumper off. Do you have any tricks for this or are we SOL?
Do you have a video on what to do if there are air pockets in the system? I've heard fiat gruggle before because of it. Don't know where my leak is yet. So i'm hoping it's not the radiator. Lol
I had a leak coming from my driver’s side radiator hose are. Was getting ready to tear it all apart but found it came from the main hose clamp on my reservoir tank 🤦🏼♂️
Good DIY video for replacing the radiator on Fiat 500. I enjoyed learning with the video.

Even though my Fiat 500 is a Sport I still enjoy watching you work on the Abarths. Much of what you are doing is applicable to my Sport. Thanks
Thank you Bill! Yes you are correct, a lot of the videos do apply to the Sport. Appreciate the support!

Hope you get it resolved!
Where do I get the black eyelids at
They are vinyl decals - a local vinyl/wrap shop can do them easily
Thanks for the informative video with very detailed guidance! I'm not a fan of the red paint in the headlight reflectors though 😂
So is a simple coolant flush a bumper off job? I'm just trying to do a flush, but not seeing another way to access that drain plug or lower hoses. Any advice?
If you are doing a drain/fill of the cooling system, it is definitely easier to just take the front bumper off.
Gold. Thank you so much 👊
that darth maul brake caliper so cool
Ya this customer has been very creative with his mods on this car. It’s really cool

Take the bumper off and save yourself a lot of headache
Does anyone know what the blue connector at the radiator fan is for ?
What will happen if I use a different coolant other than oem? I got some from oreillys, it’s pink and says it’s good for European vehicles.
It should be fine.
Buen video gracias
