Mag low carb diet ka. Keto diet no more rice, pasta, bread, only vegetables and chicken, pork, fish ulam, mawala yan.. change life style intermittent fasting.
25 na ko, and 21 ako nagkaroon ng gout. Mahilig ako sa laman loob, at maalat. Same sa sinabi ni doc. Wala naman daw masama kumaen ng mabutong gulay, ang masama daw ay ung lahok na nagpapaalat. I am 36 and I have this now in my right foot. Pagaling na sya after 3 days and you wouldn’t believe how painful it was. Hindi ako makatulog kumikirot sya ng husto. Nag iboprufen ako kaso delikado sa kidney so 2 days lang ako nagtake. Ang diet ko ngaun ay puro gulay at prutas. Bawal ang karne muna. Payo ko sa iba lalo na ung overweight at malalakas sa mga purine rich foods. Mag stick po tayo sa dapat at healthy living. Dahil sobrang nakakaperwisyo po magkasakit lalo na kung ganito. Apektado lahat pati trabaho puro absent.

Iwas po talaga sa beef, maaalat, seashells foods and sweets po. Yan po sabe saken ng doctor. Sa mga isda ok lang po bangus, tilapya or salmon.

So far normal daw po. saken sir d naman ganyan sobrang maga pero maga ng konti at inagapan ko na po. Ayun ok naman po ngaun. Balik po ako sa wednesday after work for follow up checkings po.
