    25 na ko, and 21 ako nagkaroon ng gout. Mahilig ako sa laman loob, at maalat. Same sa sinabi ni doc. Wala naman daw masama kumaen ng mabutong gulay, ang masama daw ay ung lahok na nagpapaalat. And currently, iniinda ko sya today. Hopefully, gumaling tayo lahat na may gout. Thanks den sa information! Godbless everyone.

    I am 25 and I regret how I abused myself. Improper lifestyle, hangouts with endless alcohol intake. Now I feel it and sufferring from it. Thanks to this video as it is helpful for me to recover from gout.

    Masarap talagah mga bawal"...pabaya sa sarili t0h cguro' cge inom at kain ng maalat,matabang pagkain,may disiplina lang bawas kain at tubig,exercises lang nawala....

    I am 36 and I have this now in my right foot. Pagaling na sya after 3 days and you wouldn’t believe how painful it was. Hindi ako makatulog kumikirot sya ng husto. Nag iboprufen ako kaso delikado sa kidney so 2 days lang ako nagtake. Ang diet ko ngaun ay puro gulay at prutas. Bawal ang karne muna. Payo ko sa iba lalo na ung overweight at malalakas sa mga purine rich foods. Mag stick po tayo sa dapat at healthy living. Dahil sobrang nakakaperwisyo po magkasakit lalo na kung ganito. Apektado lahat pati trabaho puro absent.

      Ako wla namn gout ktulad niyan na my bukol2. Tumaa URIC ACID ko nsa 500 plus.which isa nsa 427 lng ata. And cholesterol ko tumaas din .27 lng nmn.
      Ang masakit skin ang ankle joint ko sa right side. Masakit igalaw na parang na pasma po. Namamaga at sobrang sakit pag nahawakan.

      @@Tatetz20TV ok na po sir. Nakalabas na po ako ng ospital. Ininjectionan po ako ng pangpatanggal ng swelling, anti pain for gout. Then aun sir nagtake aq ng amlodiphine at tinurukan aq ulit with hose for my BP po. 220/190 po BP ko pagdating ospital then after po ako painumin and turukan ng pangpababa ng BP 120/100 po and now may maintenance po ako. Iwas po talaga sa beef, maaalat, seashells foods and sweets po. Yan po sabe saken ng doctor. Sa mga isda ok lang po bangus, tilapya or salmon.

      @@Tatetz20TV sir may tinake po ako na anti uric acid zyloric po nirecommend po saken ng kawork ko po. Effective po sya. Bumaba po uric acid ko talaga. Nga pala sir maari dn kidney dn po. Nung na ospital po ako sir kinuhaan dn po ako ng dugo for blood tests na cbc, glucose and creatinine. So far normal daw po. saken sir d naman ganyan sobrang maga pero maga ng konti at inagapan ko na po. Ayun ok naman po ngaun. Balik po ako sa wednesday after work for follow up checkings po.

    Sa probinsya masarap mamuhay kahit hnd masarap ang ulam iwas nadin sa mga sakit,kahit once a year kalang kakain ng karne tuwing fiesta atleast malayo kasa mga sakit na yan.

    I take tart cherry or black cherry capsule. Healthy eating din walang maalat,mga de lata,seafoods. Discipline sa sarili. I also drink turmeric magandang combination sa tart cherry capsule.

    nasa pagkain yan kung alam mo yun mga dapat mo kainin at iwasan na mga pagkain eh mako-kontrol mo yun gout...meron din akong gout pero ilan taon na hindi ako ina-atake kasi aware nako sa mga kinakain ko disiplina lang sa sarili ang kailangan ng isang tao para maiwasan at makontrol ang gout.

    Ask lang po sa mga nkakaranas nag pananakit ng mga buto buto ,saan doktor po ba pwede mag pa tingin ako kasi mag 5p na nakakaranas na ako ng pamamanjid ng kamay at ng mga paa ko ,salamat po sa sasagot at ingatan po natin ang ating kalusugan ,God bless 😊

    Huwag kumain nang bawal even red and white wine.Drinking plenty of fluids helps kidneys flush out uric acid faster.keep water bottles with you at all time.and eat more cherries....The person with gout should be cautioned to avoid prolonged fasting.and the situations which produce rapid changes in serum urate concentration.however a gouty peoples do not fast.but drink plenty of water.

      @@bearhakuna514 actually, good fat is not bad at all. You just have to know that when you eat more fatty foods, you need to lower your carb/sugar intake. And when you do High carb/sugary foods, you lower your fat intakes..

    I’m 33yrs old and occasional nainom at last inom ko last 2weeks ago pag ka gising ko knabukasan grabe yung sakit ng kaliwang paa ko kada tapak ko sumisigaw ako pra bang may inaapakan akong bubug grbe naka tungkod ako nun tpos nung nag pa checkup ako ayun mtaas nga ang Uric Acid ko kya grbe laking tulong ng isang Herbal Juice sa uric acid ko kc nung isa araw na sumakit paa ko umorder ako agad ng IntraJuice ingat sa fake o expired kc laki pnag ka iba ng orig sa fake un lasa bka masayang pera at oras or lumala pa halos nilaklak ko isang bote sa dlwa araw ayun sa awa ng diyos nawala agad pero snbayan ko pag inom gamot na nireseta ng doctor, madalas din ako uminom ngyon ng buko tntansya ko na din pag kain ko ng kanin. Healthy living na dn tlga dpt ngyon di na tyo bumabata.

AND START EATING MEAT AND FISH!! Bottom line: High insulin leads to high uric acid, and high uric acid often leads to gout.     Nag karoon ako niyan napaka sakit, yung sakit tagos hanggang sa buto, pinag pray ko yan na sanay mawala na yung sakit. Sa awa ng Dios pinagaling Niya yung gout ko. Since then naging aware na ako. Halos hindi na ako kumakain ng mga karne.

      @@analynmontalvo31088 wala akong ininom na gamot kasi ang akala ko nabunggo ko lang pero talagang wala akong matandaan na nangyari yon. Kakaiba yung sakit niya namumula pa at umiinit, napaka sakit tagos hanggang buto mula paa hanggang ulo, napapasigaw at iyak ako sa sakit. Nanalangin talaga ako sa Panginoong Dios na pagalingin yung paa ko. Kinabukasan gumaling ang paa ko. Hindi ko alam na gout pala yun. Prayer yung gamot ko pinagaling ako ng Panginoong Dios.

    Last 3 days inataki ako nyan dahil kumain ako ng meat, buti nlng alam ko na kontrahin ininuman ko ng tubig 3liters/day😂 at ponstan ayon nag 2days lng nwala na, karamihan kc dto meat 😂

    Noong Thursday sumakit paa ko ngayon nagsuswell pa rin siya. Hindi naman nasugatan. Hindi ko matapak left foot ko. Tatalon talon ako pag may gagawin ako.

    Paano ako mapatingin sa doktor wala akong pera. Sana ang gobyerno tumulong sa mga mahirap na me sakit. Sana ang pera sa corrapt itulong sa tutuong mahirap. Kahit saan ata hindi nawawala ang mapagsamantala sa kaban ng bayan. Sa Dios ako umaasa, siya ang tutoo.

      31 yrs po ako,2021 po ako nakaranas ng gout, wala po akung iniinom na gamot, sobrang sakit, isang pinaka mabisang lunas umiwas talaga sa mga pagkaing mataas ang uric,disiplina lang talaga sa sarili, beer talaga at mga lamanluob ng karne ang nagpa down sa akin..     Meron ako gout grabe ang sakit hindi makalakad kase. Nagpapa-inject ako ng pain reliever sa clinic at nawawala ang sakit after 30mins. Tapos iwas baboy, mga delata at maaalat na pagkain. Nightmare talaga ang gout Hindi ka rin makakatulog sa gabi dahil sumasakit. Buti okay na ako ngayon.

      @@marstoledo4453kapag nagkakaroon ako ng gout sa unang gabi kinabukasan pumupunta ako agad sa clinik para magpa-inject. Hindi ko inaantay ang 3-4 days na healing time kase hindi ko kaya sobrang sakit kase namamaga ang paa ko. After injection 30mins nakakalad na ako ng maayos. Pero pagdating sa pagkain less or walang matataba at maaalat at mga delata. Tapos umiinom ako ng calamansi juice 3-4 times a week, kumakain ako ng 1 pirasong crushed raw garlic ginagawa ko sya bago matulog. minsan sinasabay ko sa gatas. Sa awa ng Dios hindi na bumalik.

    Kadalasan Allupurinol 100mg ang binibigay ng Dr sa umpisa kung mataas ang urate or uric acid ng tao ngunit hinde basta na bumili lang ng gamot na hinde nagpapa konsulta sa Dr dahil baka mas lumalala pa. Huwag mag self diagnose kailangan kumunsulta para sa clinical review.

Cguro 5 yrs nkong may cholesterol, diabetes at highblood but I'm not taking maintenance. My arthritis since 1993 wla din akong maintenance bka mbutas ang kidney ko kya I stopped all d tablets. Regular drink ko ay turmeric with black pepper, cardamom, green tea, cinnamon, ginger new added ay bay leaves. Halo halo ko yan kung anong available sakin plus garlic without any sugar khit honey di ko nllagyan totally lasang herbal 😅. Now my husband got worst sa kbubuhat ng mbigat suddenly ung bone nya sya likod nasira hlos di n sya mklkad ng normal more than me.       may point ka rin nman kc pag nalilipasan ng gutom eh ketones ang ginagamit ng katawan bilang energy imbes na sugar. hindi nailalabas ng katawan ang uric acid pag ketones ang tinutunaw. ako eh nagfafasting kaya nalilipasan tlaga ng gutom. pero paglipas ng 6 months eh masasanay din ang katawan at sabay na nya ilalabas ang ketones at uric acid.

There’s a strong correlation between metabolic syndrome and elevated blood levels of uric acid. In other words, the higher the uric acid level, the greater the prevalence of metabolic syndrome.     tsk nanunuod ako ngayun dahil nagka gout ako 1st time. halos maiyak2 ako sa sakit. parang gusto mo putolin nlg paa mo sa sakit. ikaw 2 days ko pa lang. apaka sad

    Mag low carb diet ka. Keto diet no more rice, pasta, bread, only vegetables and chicken, pork, fish ulam, mawala yan.. change life style intermittent fasting.
