- I have always wanted the GFC RTT for my Toyota Until I saw one in person, its not made to go year round or 4 seasons, its made to be light above all else and sadly that requires limiting materials, materials like the insulation and fabric weight etc. well ALUCAB Addressed this need and came out with the LT-50 and its a mini version of the ALU CAB Expedition 3 and is not only lighter, CHEAPER its made just as well or even better than the GFC.

I love when manufacturers put their heart and soul into their product! Being OLD I remember when products were(built here) very good. Thats gone forever! Great review on a great tent!
Keep On Truckin👍😎
That Was Amazing Thank You For The Info About The Alu Cab , I Really Needed To Know About This That Way I Could Get A Back Up Source Of Shelter Just In Case, And It’s Good To Know Which One To Get That Will Hold Up Under Any Conditions! Thank You For This I Really Appreciate , All You Do . God Bless Always .
Really enjoyed running into you out in the woods. You’re the real deal! Here’s to many more miles and great adventures! Thanks for all you’ve done to help us in this great way of life.

Good review Richie, thanks for sharing YAH bless brother !
Richie...
Another GREAT review.
I would be sold on one just on your review, it would be so much easier than setting up the tent i have but....
I dont wheel the Cherokee anymore and it would defeat the purpose of the rag top on the TJ. 😢
Maybe i should dump the TJ and get a Yota. Yours just ABSOLUTELY ROCKS!
I miss seeing the 80 you had.
Any word on how its doing?
Hope it got a good home.
Be Safe Brother!
✌😎
BTW....

Im working on a trip thru Ozarks video should be good.
If I didn’t already own the $5000 beast I’d be on this one in a heartbeat 👋🏻😎
RICHIE FROM BOSTON..............Brother, it feels illegal to still say that. A shame that they f-ed you off. Stay true, bro
Great looking tent!
Blessings
Im getting my Radica camper top for my Tacoma next month, mini camper with all the bed room.
Might be a solution for me.
which better than this tent?
Hi, thank you for your review. How would you recommend running a diesel heater hose into the LT-50? I wish it came with flaps for this either side. And also power to use inside?
same as any other RTT
Can you put a canoe on top ?
Nice
Looks tight 👍
I have at least one thousand nights in an AluCab Expedition Gen 3. Sadly I sold it and am a year in on a GoFast Canopy Camper.
The GoFast is nowhere near as well built as my AluCab was. The GoFast has no means to seal of the bottom of the doors allowing wind and heavy rains to blow into the tent. The GoFast also has no electric ports. The GoFast is a single wall two season tent at best. It is already showing wear in the seams after a full year of use. My biggest gripe is the excessive condensation in the GoFast.
I’ll be selling my GoFast and going back to AluCab.GoFast is a OK option for weekenders, but AluCab is a much better option for people that are full time.
I wonder if you could design off roads for a client base that has the money but not the skill.
well Whitey I just made a deal with a long time friend in the ozarks I can and will build 1 or 2 one off builds for subscriber if they can cover the cost
@@jailbreakoverlander good job
Always great information, even though I'll never use it it's still great to see and hear when things are well made. Don't see that often enough these days, and it's not made in Chyna...🤣
i went to sleep in a tent under a 10x10 canopy. rain collapsed the canopy. i woke up with it on my head. 😂🍻
❤
Awesome video I watched the 1k hr video also super cool
if i had a house i would sell it asap to get a rig like that, so smart i wish i learned about this decades ago
How would that work on a GMC Sierra with a cap?
depends on capacity of cap BUT you can put an exteranl rack on cap OR run a rack over cab, this thing is super light 104lbs ask Rich Perna over at OK4WD he knows the deal.
wat u do when its raining?
keep going, sir.
Awesome
Thank you Richie 👋

@@jailbreakoverlander my Brother I wouldn’t want to meet you in the streets :) 💪
Alu means potato in persian language, lol. The brand remind me of sweet potato aka ocarina. Make Zelda great again 😊😊😊
How much more crap can you pile on?
any idea what your talking about? Because I dont.
So....is it a good tent ?
yes it is.
