I made this for lunch today- it was so quick and easy + it was FANTASTIC tasting! I don't like mushrooms unless they're cut up very small (texture thing) so I left them out. The sauce was perfect as is but if you want to substitute mushrooms in the sauce, I came across the frozen stir fry veges at Whole Foods and thought that might be a great addition because there are very few mushrooms in the stir fry mix. Thanks Kiki- amazing recipe as always!!!
Made it tonight and my family loved it! Lots and lots of mushrooms for us!! One family member added siracha for a little kick.. that was good too!

This looks phenomenal! I could smell the sauce through the screen 😋 I like to use silken tofu instead of the nuts and potatoes…
Looks good but I'll add a pinch of salt just on top of my pasta with sauce instead of 1/2-1 tsp in the sauce...good way to cut back on sodium and still keep your scrumptious meals delicious :)

Omg I was going to ask her this too! I just made it this weekend and it came out so bad :( like weird huge flat cookies. I was sooo excited too :( I'm sure I'm just horrible at baking but a video on how to make them would be soooo helpful!

I also eat normal whole hard wheat pasta. It contains selenium and iron as well as other minerals.
Some people have Celiac and have to eat Gluten Free...so I really appreciate it. ❤
@@melissadoner933 I understand. According to studies it’s just 1% of the population, though, and here not all people eat GF.
Agreed, many of us want to cut down on inflammatory gluten whether we are celiac or not. It gives me a painful rash on my face. Studies on its pathological qualities especially for the gut are interesting.
