Tip for sunglasses and glasses. Put some setting powder on the nose pieces of the glasses. It helps them from removing makeup and sliding down your nose.❤
That’s a great tip!! Also I wear plastic glasses on the daily, and I try to put as little makeup as possible or even none where I know they sit, and put setting powder over it and that helps a lot.
That Loreal setting spray result was way better than the “no setting spray” in the first wear test. It really does make your face and makeup look really smooth! But the One Size beat it, when it comes to smoothness, and makeup longevity 😊 Thanks for this comparison! I just love your channel 😊
I am allergic to nearly every setting spray on the market (including the One Size), but I looked at the ingredients for this L'oreal one and should be fine. 🤞 I'm willing to try it! Thanks for the review.
Absolutely loved how you practically drowned yourself to prove how similar both setting sprays performed. I so appreciate your videos and the enthusiasm you always bring to your tutorials. Thank you for going the lengths you do!!! ❤
thanks for speaking about this loreal one, i haven't seen many people talk about this......and yes, i am totally into budget beauty..bcz i feel perosnally that sephora is overpriced now a days....thanks again
I really am enjoying this setting spray. But wow does it smell like hair spray! But I love anything L'oreal. They did it right again. I went out of my All Nighter comfort zone. Love that setting spray, as well. Also, the L'oreal Infallible setting spray is a straight dupe for the All Nighter. Smells the same and does the same.
i wil definitly go for loreal..bcz it is not too matte, it kept the makeup in a less-heavy looking way which is quite interesting and flawless(if that makes sense) at the end...OIS looks heavy to me
I used to make my own setting spray by mixing hydrating toner and hairspray, and it was better than any setting spray I’d ever tried. Nothing makes my makeup stay under a mask though, so I just use tinted sunscreen.
@@rachelrae860 Sure! I mixed equal parts of my favorite hydrating toner, my favorite pump hairspray, and distilled water. I used that for years (and I have rosacea), and it set it in place for my 16 hour nurse shifts. In the 80s, 90s, early 00s, we all used straight hairspray for setting our makeup. It dries your skin out a bit, hence why I switched to making my own. I only stopped because NOTHING sets makeup under a mask, and I have to wear them all the time.
@ambergerhelper7852 I just bought an elf hydrating toner and some chi called big and sexy. I'm surprised I've never heard of this before. Back in the 80,s and 90,s it was aqua net and auisse in the purple can and there were different types but I'm pretty sure you know which ones I'm talking about but that was for my poof lmao 🤣🤣. Thank you for telling me how do it.🤗🫶 I still can't believe I've never heard of that. I destroyed my face cause I used to put tanning intensifier on it so 2 years ago whenever I got in the pool I put Neutrogena all over my face and wear a big floppy hat and the only thing I do is a morning routine and a night time routine but sometimes I wonder if it's really working
@@rachelrae860 I’m 42. We were moving, and I missed putting my retinol products on for 6 weeks. All these age spots popped up, and I was just like, “Whoa. What?!” Apparently they were being suppressed. Now I’ve gotta try to fade them, which is almost impossible! So I definitely feel you. Hairspray is totally safe for the face. People get it on their faces every time they spray. I don’t use it anymore, because nothing will keep makeup on under a mask. But it worked like a charm. It held my makeup on when we used to go to amusement parks in the summer.👍🏻
I purchased the Loreal 3-second setting spray and was shocked at how small the can was for the price. I didn't look at the ounces before I purchased it. I'm gonna stick with my Urban Decay and Skindinavia. They are actually more affordable compared to the Loreal.
Often when you look at the amount of product your getting, the high end product is more affordable!! I have found this out with lip masks. I would use that can up in a couple of weeks!
The only thing I’ve found that lessens sunglasses spots is spraying a sponge with good setting spray and pressing it in. Then baking those spots over it. The Charlotte Tilbury setting spray is the best for me.
I call it hairspray! 😂 BTW, your makeup always looks so pretty, no matter what you use. How does that work? 😂 I don’t have this luck with even the ones that work best for me.
Hi! I am a ride or die with my One Size setting spray but trying to save some money I got the loreal one 😅 i feel like the texture on my skin is like having a plastic film and if you rub it, all the makeup will come off. I like it as long as I don't touch my face during the day😂 still think that one size fits my needs better
Hi Miranda so I haven't tried either of those and tbh I love one I got from Walmart called pretty smart from I think it's over and under but it's claim is to prime and use after to set so the brand is pretty smart and the spray is called over and under lol 😅 but I really like it and it was 7$. I know you used the new formula in the regular L'Oréal true match and any foundation I've tried pulls orange on me and that's with most foundation but now as you know I'll be 54 in a couple of months so I use skin tints but I have to tell you the L'Oréal true match nude matches me perfectly because I'm pretty tan rn and it's like a brown color and I know that's not a good description but it's one of the only ones that doesn't make me look like an oompa loompa. And another one that matches me perfect is the Maybelline oil and you think it would settle in your fine lines but it doesn't and I usually don't set it with powder it's their go green edition and that one I've never heard anyone talk about and same with the true match nude and it does have this beautiful glow in the bottle and I dk if that would be your jam but I would definitely try it. Then I have my og setting spray and it's the original one from milani. Well I just gave you a readers digest version of stuff lol 😂 but I wanted to share. Guys please click the like button and subscribe because Miranda is the absolute best when it comes to budget beauty and she's so relatable and I promise you won't be disappointed 😊. Oh and Miranda I want your body and no not in a pervert way. I just wish I could do an exercise routine like that especially since losing a lot of weight but I can't rn because I'm going through some serious medical issues and one of them is I'm unable to wear a shoe my foot doesn't move up or down but anyway seeing your videos make me happy and with that being said I'm going in the hospital for 10 days on the 6th so I hope I'll see a couple of videos 🩷🤍🩷
@mistytells That price tag is waayy outta my league. I wish I could afford the high end stuff but honestly the drugstore makeup is coming up. This new primer and finish setting I got works awesome and I think Miranda said that it's a Walmart brand that's coming up and the spray is called in and out by pretty smart and it is the new Walmart brand of makeup. The setting spray was only 7$ and it works awesome and if you got it and hate it just think it was only 7$ or return it,, if you don't like it. I have a lot of high end makeup but I don't even use it so I'm giving it away. I definitely don't wanna throw it away. I actually have the Charlotte Tillbery flawless skin and I hung on to it for so long and it's definitely something I can't wear anymore since I'll be 54 sooner than later l have to be wear skin tint and they are hard to find cause I'm really tan and all the darker shades look orange on me like an oompa loompa lol 😆 but true. I'm sorry I'm writing you a novel but I just wanted you to see what I use now. The new L'Oréal true match nude is a perfect shade. It's like brown and that's not a good description but it's 16$ which is a high cost for a drug foundation but it's beautiful on the skin and the crazy part is the new elf soft glam is 7$ darker shade but it is beautiful and especially at that price point. Okay rant over and if you read it all that's awesome and if you didn't you're still awesome 🤗🌺🤍🌺 .
I did it in high school too, but it’s not pleasant and since we’ve moved past that I’d prefer my setting spray not to give that experience anymore 😂 but as long as I hold my breath for a hot minute, it’s fine

Thanks for this video! I’m curious - did the scent of the L’Oréal setting spray dissipate? That’s a potential dealbreaker for me!
Oh yeah definitely. I think I just opened my mouth and nose too early lol!
I used to make my own setting spray by mixing hydrating toner and hairspray, and it was better than any setting spray I’d ever tried. Nothing makes my makeup stay under a mask though, so I just use tinted sunscreen.
@ambergerhelper7852 Wow I wonder how that was? Probably compatible to the L'Oréal one. I wanna try. Can you please lmk how you did it?
I would worry about skin irritants in hairspray that aren't meant for the face!
