Thank you so much for sharing this! It gives great insight ☺️. I’ll be taking the courses to earn my certification next week. I’m super excited to adopt this new skill. I look forward to watching more of your content!
@@ericacarrie6408 yes! I finished and passed! The course was very straight forward and my instructor was very knowledgeable and transparent. I have yet to apply for any positions though I’be been actively looking. I’m honestly scared and nervous to take that leap 😅
@@phylnnlove631 The exam was not difficult at all. It’s all multiple choice and most questions were very direct. Not many were situational questions. I was able to use my notes on a few questions I was unsure of. My instructor advised not to use any mock exams because they are very misleading and do more harm than good for the actual exam. You get 2 attempts to take the exam free and have to pay for every attempt after. I was able to pass on the first attempt.
Thank You very much. I am considering the csm cert as a newbie and saw you on cms site. I searched for you here and have enjoyed your videos. I am considering the class.
I got certified in 2018. But I have NO desire to do it. I like to design. In fact I'm looking for a solutions architect position. The right one. Fortunately I don't have to work. So I can be picky. But I am watching your vids. I have a couple friends who are excellent Scrum Master's. Be safe.
Love your content! Just binge watched it all. Would love to hear about how to learn to ask powerful questions as a scrum master. Sometimes my first instinct is to try and help my team fix things but I know that’s not helping them.
As someone who has recently been thrown in the deep-end as a Scrum Master to be (without any previous experience or training I might add) for a new role within the company I work for these videos are great and feel more authentic than many training videos I have seen.. I’d love see some content or your thoughts on the best ways of implementing/introducing an existing Dev team to an ‘Agile’ way of working for the first time.. where do you begin.. Do you go in all guns blazing throwing words like Agile / Scrum about 😄, or do you implement changes gradually getting the team and myself and their immediate mangers on board working in an ‘Agile’ kind of way or do you just go for it and tell the team! I should say we are an IT company but not specifically coding so a different kind of approach to ‘Agile’ may be better? Thanks from the UK
Thank you for this content. I've been considering to pivot into IT and try it out. Any sites you can recommend for the certificate? or companies that pay for your certification? Thank you
Hi pls help. I have a 5th round interview with the Senior Director and l don't know what to expect from this interview. It's a 45 mins interview and l don't know what to prepare for. I am new to Scrum. Thanks
Thank you for these videos. I'm in a new role as Project Manager for my dept. and I'm trolling UA-cam for anything related to PM. I'm sure Scrum may be a bit advanced for what I'm doing/looking for but do you have any tips or resources you've used that would be beneficial for someone in my situation?
Congrats on the new role. My favorite site is scrumguides.org to review what the various terms are and why they are important. I would start with the scrum guides and continue to watch videos, read articles and network in group like meetups or clubhouse.
I JUST GOT MY CERTIFICATE AS A PSM1, I'm looking forward for more videos from you to help me pass my interview. Thanks kindly

I love the community of practice part! Such a cool idea! Thanks for sharing 😊
Thanks! I’m glad the COP idea was insightful.
I like the idea too. Starting a new role soon, I will like to share the idea of it is not been practiced yet. Thanks x

That’s a great question Najma. That is a good recommendation for a future video. Thanks for watching!
Great video!
Hi, Do you mind posting a list of questions to ask in one on one interviews with the Tech lead?
