Man, I sure hope this isn't truly replacing the traditional Lithuanian rations. Those are (were??) some of the best! I'm sure Lithuanian soldiers would be very ticked off! Thanks for sharing Joe! Awesome review!
I missed this earlier, sorry. I am behind. Old Lith I love. Just wish salted and roasted nuts. New Liths. , I have not tried. Looks very cool. Extra use of plastic, agreed, LOL. Curry main is different. Some other components look familiar. No Ruta chocolate? Dang Bro. That is trading material, in our circle, LOL. At least no wooden spoon. Use them, you taste spoon more than the meal, sorry, personal opinion only. Food looks good. I see no major complaints. Just some minor ones, we have in most rations. Seems normal Joe. You ate well, and did not starve. Like you, I consider this meal A success. Peace from Ky. John. Again, sorry I am behind watching friends reviews. Be safe.
the furby/furry joke got this video off to a great start 🤣i was getting whiplash listening to you list off what sounded like every country in Europe when going over the contents of this ration. seems like its assembly was a continental team effort! apple flavored protein drink seems strange to me, but maybe it would be weirdly refreshing?
Thanks Schlee! I’m catching up on your videos. I’m sad to hear about your arm…you are right, white and fine. I hope that’s not an awkward comment. Sorry if it is…😅
Vestry Foods couldn't make a living just supplying the UK Armed Forces. So obviously they are taking on other work. Because it's going into the European Union it's advantageous that a certain percentage of it being actually manufactured in the E.U. That's a customs issue amongst other things. It's obviously done to a price, because it lacks a FRH. Which I believe the British Single Meal Pack is supplied with. The spoon: It may interest you to know that it is no longer legal to supply single use plastic utensils both in the UK or the European Union. It now has to be biodegradable. Good. So expect to see a lot of compressed paper or wooden utensils going forward. Also: I wouldn't be surprised if these are actually intended for the Ukrainian via Lithuania.
Awesome review Joe
Thank you Miss Marilyn!
The moment you said oat biscuits, just fruit I thought of a British ORP. Great review! Thanks as always for sharing
Yep. I think we all agree it’s a British ration.

I’m always late too brother John, on my replies. Thanks for keeping on.
Doesn't look like much of a meal but not everyone has a large appetite
It’s not bad really, 3 squares a day y’know. 😊
