But you can just add the manual safety and get a "significantly improved trigger pull" 😂. Proof that owning a gun and a camera shouldn't be enough to 'review' a firearm.
@DTWCT It comes with a reduced power FP spring. The extended length ensures reliable ignition with reduced power hammer springs and reduces the trigger weight slightly.

@Maltmix The full size p-09 is effing sick. Obviously not for cc but it's so dang smooth and fits in the fand perfectly. I don't have huge hands. The new version is probably insane. there is nothing to be done with the omega triggers you are wrong as 2 boys Fing all you can do it make it o from a 12 to a 10 but if you used the gun it does that on its own and all you have to do is shoot...
I noticed that same horrible trigger at my shop... my prior full tac P07 with the omega trigger is spot on. It will remain a keeper. Thankfully there will be reasonable trigger mods as that platform is solid, being the da/sa.
I bought a P07 when they first came out. Gun shot well enough, but was a harsh gun to shoot. Seemed real snappy for a 9mm, maybe the plastic the frame was made of? By comparison, my XDM shoots great, and is real soft to shoot with the same loads. Liked the look of the CZ better though.
A major component of accuracy is being surprised when the gun fires. I’ve noticed the trigger on these, though “bad” is really hard to predict when it will fire which helps a lot with accuracy.
@@10Sethg tell me you dont really shoot with out telling me you shoot.. i have thousands of rounds in the p09 and its the best trigger i have ever shot.. the fact that you are SO clueless just proves morons have guns to... better then the hkvp9 i own. better then the m&p 2.0 i own better then the glock 45 i own better then the fn509 i own so what are you trying to compare it to.. because im call you out as you have no idea what you talking about..
I ran P07's for a couple of years before moving on to other platforms. For a polymer DASA pistol it's a accurate, reliable and a joy to shoot. As others have posted Cajun Gunworks offer a great upgrade package that will IMO put the trigger up there with a LTT Beretta.

I have had a norturne for slightly over a day. My observations pretty much agree with yours and while I have not fired it yet, I do like the gun. I purchased it to obtain a bit more of a safety factor over the G19 that I carry and to have a better trigger on single action then what one safely can get out of a glock. The Double action trigger seems to have improved a little just from the dry fire. I seem to pinch the skin of trigger finger when pulling it. But it does not feel like 11-12 lbs to me. But then around my place I carry a sigma VE smith and wesson that has a heavier pull and two handed I can shoot the head of water moccasin with it. The controls are a little awkward for my hand but the gun comes with 15 round mag, I do not see the normal need for a super rapid mag change. I have normal large male palm size with shorter, but thicker fingers. Even with a decocker, I still when possible use the thumb of the opposed hand to cushion the fall to the safety notch. I will leave it with the decocker lever in place and add a safety and carry it with the hammer in the 1/4 safety position. Makes it faster to thumb cock to go single action. For now I am likening it a lot. For now I will not mess with the trigger springs, but might in the future. I might try a fluff and buff of the trigger parts like some used to do for the keltec pistols.

All stock cz triggers suck they rely on Cajun Gun Works pro package to bring them to where they should be. You just have to accept the fact that you have to modify your trigger when you buy certain cz’s And you will have a phenomenal Gun
CZ needs to work on the weight of their guns and I have seen some extraction issues in these new models. CZ use to break in their guns for you. Doubt they are doing that anymore. All manufacturers are cutting corners like crazy.
Simple fix for the bad DA trigger. Carry it in FULL SA. You have it in a good holster right? There's absolutely NOTHING that says you MUST de-cock it and carry it in the way too heavy DA mode. Seriously, I don't get this mentality that if you have a DA/SA gun that you MUST carry it in DA. BS! Load that thing, rack that slide, keep your finger off the damn trigger and slide it carefully into a good Kydex holster on a good gun belt. DONE. This is how I carry my P-07. DA/SA configuration in full SA mode. My trigger finger IS my safety.

Imagine being a gun reviewer and and not knowing that the double action is supposed to be long and heavy because it's a safety measure.
A whole generation who had never fired da/sa until they finally got bored with Glock 🤷♂️
And it looked like he was pulling at the top of the trigger with the gauge also
Exactly what I was thinking !👍

Exactly. Like wtf
So… it’s a p07 with an optic cut. So it’s a great gun. Heard
The cz omega trigger is a simpler design than the traditional 75. It doesnt feel as nice but its dead reliable and durable
I'm not a gun expert, but my P-07 is FANTASTIC. And a helluva lot safer than a striker fired. An 80 yr old female shot mine with zero problems.
A $29 MCarbo spring kit and the double action trigger cleans up to 6.5 pounds. The SA is between 2.5-3 pounds. It’s a great gun at a phenomenal price.
The long DA pull is the safety. You really don't want it much lighter.
Throw some Cajun seasoning on it, and you'll be fine.
😂
If you know, you know 😏
A $29 Cajun Gun Works spring upgrade kit makes a huge difference in the trigger pull. Add a $20 extended firing pin for even more improvement.

The heavy double action makes me feel a lot safer running with decocker only
That's the point. Same reason revolvers never had a safety. DA/SA doesn't need one either. One of these days I'm going to do the G mod to my M9.
The heavy double action is an easy and inexpensive fix. Have the CZ75 Omega and put in lighter hammer spring. It is still as reliable as before .
I've got a PO-9 F original version and its freaking sick. Holds 25 with mag extension. Shits the real deal and shoots so smooth.
