Do you have recommendations to align burrs that don't have flats? I got the SSP Brew Burrs (MP_V1), and there's not enough surface area on the finishing teeth to see any type of wipe with a marker test. I used my grinder's stock burrs and shimmed those to the best alignment I could get, but I don't know if that holds up once you swap in another set of burrs.
we have bigger problems . bpa free toys are not bpa free. for the marker you can clean it wit paper towel . Then the question is how safe paper towels are.
wouldn’t there be more color removed off of the top static burr by not coloring bottom rotating burr? Greater contrast of touch-indication
Hi Hoon, can we see you do the same installation & alignment video on the DF64 Gen 2 grinder which you recently got? Thanks in advance!

if i have already seasoned the burr for about 2kg worth of beans, then only i did the alignment, does the burr needs to be re-seasoned?
Whaaaaa?? Dry erase markers?
You don't want to use perm markers 😬😜
Hoon, is it food safe to use markers?

whiteboard markers can be wiped off with the finger. if you are paranoid then take the burrs out and rinse them after.
would prefer those were allen head screws
fidanzato all ground . You dont need all these .
