- Welcome back for Part 2 of my YuGiOh Japan highlights!
In this video we explore the YuGiOh scene in Kobe, Japan and I find, what I think is, the best YuGiOh card store that I have seen in Japan!
Enjoy the vlog!
Waaa thanks dude ! Thats give me a lot of memories when I lived in Kansai and show Japanese cards and shops on my youtube channel 😭
@@yugiohnokado I’m glad you enjoyed watching! That’s so cool you lived in Kansai! I want to move to Japan one day 🥲
@TheShadowRealm824 I lived six months in Tokyo and six in Kansai. It was crazy !
Oh my god 😍😍 This is a dream! It's sad that I live so far away from it.
You should definitely try to go one day!
Thanks for the video, looks like a cool store! I'm going Japan soon again and will probably have a visit there.
Also nice to see a video on stuff in general, a lot of videos have an emphasis on 'value'/'expensive' cards nowadays lol
Glad you enjoyed and have fun in Japan! Yeah it’s always cool seeing ultra valuable stuff, but I love finding any and all things YuGiOh 😄
Just found your channel- cool stuff!
@@AureliusAmbross Thanks for watching! 😁
12:10 That card is Dogmatika Ecclesia, aka the star of the telenovela story that is the Fallen of Albaz story
Oh wow I see! Thank you for sharing the knowledge! Yugi lore goes so deep!
Good video Ive subscribed.
Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed 😊
12:17 Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon. It's basically a good card, that's why it's banned in the OCG
Ah yeah I thought it was familiar, thanks!!
(Update: "was" Dragoon came back to 1 in the OCG)
@@masterofsaiyans1072 wat?? time to play red-eyes again
I've gotten into series 1/2 ocg cards and back in september i went to kobe and found a decent amount in that yellow submarine. Pretty sure I got 2 sets of E-A-T-H for destiny board among other things in that store. Did you go to steakland?
That’s awesome man 😁 I really loved Kobe for YuGiOh hunting
Haha YES we did go to steakland!! How did you know?? 😆 It was so good
@TheShadowRealm824 steakland seems to be a no hassle place to get kobe beef. I went too and it was great.
Was thinking you should come down here and check out Nagoya, we have lots of Yu-Gi-Oh! spots, but apparently you already did. I assume you went to Card Lab and Osu.
Of course! Nagoya was amazing ❤️ I was there for 4 nights and went card shopping every single night haha. The selection of stores there was incredible.
It be cool if I could jump into the video and it will temporarily me to japan
Thanks for watching! I hope the video gave you a vibe of being there ☺️
Would you say that traveling to Kobe is worth it to go to that Dragonstar store specifically versus card shops you visited in Osaka, Kyoto, or Tokyo?
Kobe is so close to Osaka, less than 30 mins train ride. So if I was already in Osaka, I would definitely make the trip down to see the Dragonstar but also the whole San Plaza.
If I wasn’t in the Kansai region and only in Tokyo, then I probably wouldn’t go all that way just for the one store 👍
@@TheShadowRealm824 Wow I was just in Osaka If I had known about this place I definitely would have visited. Definitely putting this on my list for next time.
Not bad, just the sudden cuts every time you talking kinda bothers me ^^ Find a way to make it transition better & you got a really good video!
Thanks for the feedback 😄 Yeah I notice that too. It’s a hard balance when filming in stores, trying to get slow enough footage to show cards properly, but also not taking too long to film to not annoy the store attendants 😅
hi, where is the first book off that you went to?? thanks
Hi! I don't exactly remember because I went to so many 😅I'm pretty sure that one was on the way from Osaka to Kobe, along the train line. If you search on Google Maps I think all of the locations will pop up :)
@@TheShadowRealm824 thanks for the reply :) maybe i'll visit every book off there is on my trip next month!
@@bildums You will never be bored of Book Off! 😁
6:18 how much is that? $348 us dollars?
That's $348 Australian dollars 😅 more like $225 USD
How much Selene queen of master magician in yen price?
Prices were ranging from about 1800 yen for one with slight damage. Near mint / mint would be a bit more I imagine :)
@TheShadowRealm824 Selene QCSER isn't? Price 1800 yen quite cheap 🤯
@@roslihamil5795 Yes QCSER :) If you pause the video at 1:10 you can see one there
@@TheShadowRealm824 thanks a lot 🥰
Our trading card Malaysia follow price in currency converter yen into MYR price were selling yugioh card but some shop/online want to scam people by sell the price expensively then actually price.
I had QCSER Selene and price are affordable like rm 180.
Just curious, why do you say this is the best card shop? Was it because of the Giant Cards? There are other high end card shops with rarer items
I explained in the video, even though it lacked lots of high end cards just, the shop was very YuGiOh centric and you could really feel a true passion for YuGiOh in the entire store. The staff were super friendly and the display items were great. There was no other store I went to in Tokyo, Kyoto, Nagoya or Osaka that made me feel like this 😁
Actually wait, Fuku Fuku Toreka in Akihabara also gave me this feeling 😄
