Building my system right now. Can switch from sea/mlake water to my onboard 15 gallon fresh water tank.
Aircraft epoxy propeller paint will stick. Comes in rattle cans. About 15 bucks. Tuff stuff. Comes in black.

you need to add a trac electric anchor to your boat, they are awesome!
You still didnt really specify where the water comes in (inlet) Is your bilge port below the water line or something?
Will the black cap fit the white hose housing?
