Love Godannar for it's fan-service, finding out that this series was a homage to 70's Mecha anime was a nice bonus and I loved the older vocalists doing the songs similar to what they used to do back in the 70s in Anime. Listen to Mazinger Z from the 70s, or at least Devilman and Cutie Honey and the opening or closing songs. Some of those same voices behind those classic 70s songs came back to do the songs here. I was surprised how OLD these vocalists were especially in the closing song during the first half of the series (Trench Coffin) as it includes who I personally believe might have done the original Devilman No Uta song from the 70s Devilman series. And the woman who was the vocalist in the Trench Coffin song, she sounds like she might have done the original 70s Cutie Honey song. I am not sure if I am right in this regard but I would not be surprised if I was considering the vocal range of these song artists.
