Why Is My Upper Back Hurting? (Get to the Root of the Problem!)

In this video, we discuss a root a cause of upper back pain; more specifically, scapula or shoulder blade pain. This symptom is fairly common, likely due to increased periods of sitting at the computer or driving. This can lead to decreased range of motion in the neck and as a result, increased pressure on your cervical spine discs and nerves.
We like to say in our clinic, "The location of the pain, is not necessarily the source of the pain." In this case, the discomfort in the shoulder blade region might not be coming from the muscles surrounding it, but rather the nerves and discs in your neck. In the video, we explain how 2 exercises (cervical retraction and retraction with extension) can be beneficial to you and how to perform them safely. These are just two options to try but not the only things you can do to help alleviate your discomfort.

I'm having trouble with my unpain in back pain, Dr has giving me pain tablets, still pain.
And I have pain just under my boots can you help me with that I did let the dt know about that but said nothing about that but it's very sore, please can you help me ?
