The Gambles have storage unit and I'm quoting a family member "of 60% of what was at 309" the remaining salvageable stuff from the fire. Some gear and other things were given away after the insurance claim was settled, but for the most part the contents that was salvageable from the fire was put into storage. Hope this helps quell some fears.
I enjoyed the story. However, I volunteer at homeless shelters and meal kitchens. Please don't use "homeless" as a generic term for any violent and destructive vagrant, or someone without shelter who may just have been arrested near an arson in order to close out a case report.

Are some of those pictures of the Sigma Sound Studios, 212 North 12th? Was there an actual recording studio in the Philly International building, 309 South Broad St.? Or am I getting them confused?
Joe Tarsia set up a studio in the 309 building in the mid 1970's i believe, previously it had a short stint as Regent Sound 1969-1971-ish, and before that it was the home of Cameo Parkway Studios (The Twist & Mashed Potato were recorded in 309 S Broad St.
So you have pics of mci 400 console and jh16 and 24 series multi track machines. Then you mention an otari concept and an mtr90? The mtr90 is a solid machine, but its not really worth a treasure hunt

Custom, recall 100mm flying faders by Alpin. They can also interface to anything Protools, Cakewalk, Innuendo, logic. Via midi cc you run your dmx or beyond with it too. Mac, pc no matter linux based OS Got rid of stacks amps etc. Line 6 x3 pro righteous tones Bose L1 Model 2's for stereo Tones with subs. I love vintage. Just not the repair or cost. Neve Massenberg eq Gerzon eq with auto pultecing Bob Ludwig stuff compressors. And everyone has turned coomer cam retard. No one to record. Music is a sick ai joke now.
