this is the fifth edition of this video: I had to cut almost the entire start of ep1 out as well as the last ep due to copyright - which is the main reason i hardly post anymore because it is so frustrating
Lmao that’s literally the entertainment part of them. Hell I know lady Agatha Danbury has taken part in some of their goofy antics. But seriously they are some of the most healthy family I’ve seen.
Lmao it definitely made it very believable that they were actually siblings that have been together their whole lives. They are fantastic actors. I am one of three siblings and the 7th cousin out of 15 cousins on my mom’s side and the oldest of 4 cousins on my dads side and this is very accurate on having a great number of cousins/siblings. My cousins are very close to me and they are very much like my siblings rather than cousins.
Except for Daphne now. She inherited the brain cells belonging to Simon's mother when she became the new Duchess. That's why she figured out the Kate situation.
I love how in the 'mallet of death' scene when Kate is roasting Anthony all his younger siblings are basically looking at them trying not to laugh and thinking "where have you been all our lives" 🤣
I like the family scenes the best of all. It was unusual for families like theirs during this time period to spend as much times as possible together and to hold each other in such love and affection. Usually younger children are banished to the nursery with tutors and governesses and seen only for short period of times. When the Duke commented on the fact that the littles dined with them, Lady Violet said "We like each other." Gregory and Hyacinth are adorable and are thriving in the love and attention their older siblings bestow upon them. The older ones have each other's back and keep each other's secrets. It is so heartwarming to see a family that is not dysfunctional.
I love that scene where Benedict finds out he got into the art school. Benedict, Colin, and Eloise is such an underrated trio I want to see more of them
@Amelle Kyre girl I know! But just because the writers GIVE him funny lines l, doesn't mean HE is funny. The delivery is just flat, bland and boring. Maybe it's the actor who can't do funny but colin just ain't doing it for me, no personality. no charisma. nothing.

Although few, I absolutely LOVE Anthony and Hyacinth’s scenes. In Eloise’s book Anthony said, “had to be your father at times when I wanted only to be your brother”. Anthony became Viscount and partly responsible for raising his siblings, especially his sisters, at such a young age. He was pushed into the role with little to no guidance or help. His scenes with Hyacinth in the TV adaptation are so brother-like, even though their relationship is probably the most so-called ‘complicated’, amongst the Bridgerton siblings after Edmund’s death.
There were times I couldn’t tell Anthony and Benedict apart. And also the casting of their father was impeccable, I didn’t have to guess very far that he’s was their dad.
Haha I've seen quite a few people say that even tho I personally think they look quite distinct. I did see someone once say all 3 looked stood alike. They were scoffing saying they cast slightly different variations of the same guy. And everyone is like. Yes. That's how brothers work lol
Eloise and Benedict bonding was my favourite, i love how he was always there for her and their little banter here and there, I enjoyed their scenes a lot ♥️
The season would have been so much more entertaining if Daphne had been the one interviewing the debutantes for Anthony, and otherwise just outright controlling his life.

He's already been the head of the household for a decade, he's the closest thing Hyacinth has to a father, he's trying (if badly) to make good matches for his sisters as their legal guardian and protector, and all the eligible young ladies just seemed kind of immature and uninteresting. He really needed a woman with a bit more experience who could meet him as his equal, support him, and challenge him to do better.
The editing in that first episode was phenomenal. Managing to portray the claustrophobic air and the panic and how everything seems close and quiet and loud at the same time on Eloise's presentation day.
I have read the ENTIRE series three times through. But I didn't want to watch any of this because I was sure they had ruined it. Thank you for enlightening me.😁👍
