Vince Gueraldi and Bill Evans are my favorite pianists. Great job!
Glad to hear.....two of mine too!
THIS MAN IS SO AMAZING!!! EVERY note is PERFECT in it’s PLACEMENT, TIMING, RHYTHM… ☺️👌❤️
Thank you for sharing your GIFT WITH THE WORLD SIR!!!
Thanks! If you like my playing , you really should check out Bill Evans. ua-cam.com/video/a2LFVWBmoiw/v-deo.html
Evans did two tunes from 'On the Town', a musical from '46 or so, music by Leonard Bernstein. This one and 'Lucky to Be Me'. Both he did early on and throughout his career. But you don't see anyone else doing these two tunes despite their quality and the obvious quality of the composer. Bill Evans went his own way; a genius, a pioneer and ahead of his time.
Lucky to have found this channel.. we'll catch up.. some other time.

Thanks for listening
I was just now practicing out of your book, which I got myself for a Christmas present, trying to fill in all the gaps in my theory knowledge and learn to read the notes. Maybe one day I'll be able to play a Bill Evans tune.
Thanks for the comment and for buying my book. Enjoy!
Sounds great Kent…as always! Thank you!
Thanks so much!
thank you big brother ! !
My pleasure!
Beautiful!
Thank you!
Happy New Year ! 🎉
Happy new year!!
Beautiful! I downloaded your arrangement, I can play this now. no where near as good as you but not too bad. I've used a couple of different inversions just to suit my fingers but otherwise the same. I've put the G on the bottom of the vamp at the beginning and when it goes to Ab, on the change, I moved the top 2 fingers up a whole tone to Eb G to make it an easier chord change but with the same harmony. I love your E/D7 chord before it repeats and the end. very cool!
Thanks, Robin....I'm glad you like the arrangement and adapted it to your own style.
That was beautiful! Brought to mind Sunrise by Lonnie Liston Smith. You have to set up some.gigs so we.can come hear you live bro! Site looks great too! Keep on Kent! ONE!
Thanks ....write to my email for gigs list.

are you using a backing track? where can I find ones with real feel like this?
I use band in a box software. It's complicated to program. I've posted a few of these backing tracks on UA-cam..
Beautiful!
Thanks!
