I’ve owned one of these for a few years now win intensions to test it out and get a Trangia. There was no need, this system has been amazing car/ canoe camping. Breakfast is my favourite to make but I’ve also done nachos, stews and even wet baked, just to name a few. Only issue I had is I have the adaptor to replace the alcohol stove with a butane burner. It was too hot and warped the pot stand. Still works great though.
Seems great for more than one person! I think I’ll be modifying it a little, to imitate the SOTO NAVIGATOR cookset, making a cozy for the inner pot, adding a microfiber cloth between the pan and the large pot (to protect it from scratching and also to clean afterwards) and replacing the pot handle with a one with springs, so I can actually use it like the Soto one as tongs. Pair this set with some chopsticks, a spoon and a coffee filter, and that’s my world bicycle touring cookset. Thanks a bunch!
looks fantastic - thanks for demonstrating while actually cooking a tasty-looking meal - these people that show a camping stove while boiling water tell you nothing! Bunch of bozos that would lose a lot of weight after day 3 - LOL !!!
Could put the burner on the ground and the pots directly on the burner holder, no? I do not understand why people dont set the trangia burner on the floor as opposed to using the windscreen holder. Probably just a stability thing to prevent it being tipped over and spilling. IF it is to prevent spillage then yeah the burner holder is too far from the pot, and an adjustable pot height like the Roben Cookery King has would be better than this. (though this is a knockoff of the Robens, which in itself is a knockoff of the Trangia XD)
@@InysKitchen Yeah, Trangia model is more expensive than knock-offs. I remember your mess tin in your previous videos. The original Trangia model costs almost RM200.
@@MASViper yah the trangia storm which is similar set with this alocs set cost double at around RM500++. All the trangia model I’ve wanted is sold out tho 😂 It’s nice to had but doesn’t means the cheaper China brand is not good.. so far I’m liking this Alocs set.. affordable price and good quality too.
@@etztz123 I believe most non stick coating will eventually came off sooner later, best to just use cast iron, stainless steel or aluminium without coating
I'ma drooling all over the place.

Great meal to show case the cook system.
I like the cutout in the windscreen that allows using the burner snuffer/summer ring.

Good idea!
Thank you! Great video! 👍
Nice copy of the Trangia 27 but the trangia offers better wind protection. This one has a more stable pot support than the trangia.
so great review and cooking
Hows the cleanup? Kinda concerned after all that cookin oil and the egg still stuck.....
Just be gentle, it is a normal non-stick coating, so if scrub too hard it will leave some scratches

The flame seems sits lower compared to the trangia stormcooker. Happy medium is 1 inch. How much is it from the jets to bottom of the pots ?

Please make more videos like this one! :)
Thanks, will try to 😁
Wow looks like a great little unit
Thanks
A useful video thanks. I have a question. Does the CW K02 kettle fit in the cook set?
Yes it does.
@@InysKitchen Thank you

Separuh harga trangia bro, termasuk kettle.. mula2 memang nak angkat trangia, tapi Msia takder stock utk model yang i nak 😂

Its crap used mine twice and the non stick coating is coming off.
Ah sad, its coming off by itself or scratch?
@@InysKitchen By itself only use plastic utensils. May as well spend more in the beginning instead of buying cheap Chinese products that don't last.

@@InysKitchen yes but not afte 2 uses . It's garbage!
@@etztz123 thus the price which is just a partial of branded gear eg Trangia 🤣
