I have the Alocs CW-C05 Pro. Same as yours, but came with a tea kettle and the Alocs butane burner and the pans are laser engraved. I absolutely love it. It's a cracking kit and has made a lot of meals already. I had an issue with a Trangia that I ordered that they wouldn't warranty, so I ordered the Alocs and have been loving it since, and even ordered the Alocs CW-C01. Enjoy your setup!

I have the Robens version of this, differences are the base to the lower windshield can be removed to facilitate using a stove of your choice. Pot stand has a variable hight adjustment and with my version the frying pan has unfortunately got a non stick coating.
Robens don’t sell the Cookery King anymore but I think some people are still selling their old stock.

I think the Trangia burner is better than alocs but the alocs type simmer ring is easier to use. The Trangia pot gripper is better as well. Those pots arent graded like the Trangia ones which will either nest or stack. Stacking rhem lets you cook using both pots on one burner. I also prefer the Trangia system for holding the pots though the alocs will let you use different sized pots. Saying that.I have the trangia adapter for small pots
If you register with Trangia you get access to their seconds. You can pick up a blemished Trangia 25 for the same price as the Alocs and faster delivery. Usually the blemish is a slight scuff or scratch.
Robens did a similar set up which got good reviews. Discontinued now.

@@TheGreatRaymondoOutdoors I have the 27, triangle, mini and micro but mainly use the speedster alcohol stove. It is a kojin style burner.
If you are going to use the alocs or trangia in the cold, get a preheater. Trangia do one but it is expensive. A tealight under the burner will heat the alcohol in the winter and vapourise it. Failing that, keep the burner close to your body.
I've almost given up on gas. The canisters were hard to get after the pandemic and now they are very expensive compared to bio ethanol. I will use up the canisters I have and that will be it.

I will keep my trangia. But it looks like a good alternative if you are on a budget.

@RSOutdoors_74 will do 👍🏻 I actually ordered the alocs set once before and it was meant to be coming from the Czech Republic. It never arrived 😂 had to fight for a refund lol.

It takes a little longer to boil water because of the size but that's okay. I really like it.

Hi, thanks very much for watching and commenting. Like the Trangia range there are different size versions of this cook set and you're entirely correct. There is another version which comes with a kettle. I didn't see the need as I'm happy to use the bowl as per this video but I know a lot of people might actually prefer to have a real kettle. 9 days after posting this, the original trangia 27-1 is available for £54 in UK. The trangia pot lid can be used upside down as a frying pan & the original pot stands are integral, never to be lost. Looks nice though, I hope you have many years of pleasurable use from it. Thanks for postng.

Only 6 minutes with the trangia because of how the trangia windshield hugs the sides of the pot.
I've never owned the trangia version but that's impressive for an alcohol stove. However I have seen videos of the trangia taking up to 10 minutes to boil but that was in an outdoor scenario. Thanks for the comment 👍
