We'll continue to roll out more explainer videos as often as we can so stay tuned!
We are currently working on a 3 lbs Valenta roaster which should be ready by the end of summer.

How often do you usually recommend to disassemble and clean the ducting. Time wise or in pounds roasted.

You should be cleaning your ducts 1-2 times a year depending on use. A good rule of thumb is if you take the ducting off and look into it and you do not see any metal, then it's time to clean it. Rigid ducting can be scrubbed out, flex ducting should be thrown away and replaced with new ones.

From B.C. CANADA Here. Wondering if you would recommend buying a Sasa semiac (1993 10kg roaster). Worried about parts and possibly roasting with an outdated machine. Please get back to me soon!
