Shocking Evidences convicting Mrs Thompson.
This is why the latest investigation cannot be trusted because they did not reveal these things. It is not reveal on any news articles and just totally bias to Mrs Thompson who been deceiving us all this time.
Ravi account hack. Did the recently investigation made sure someone did not upload the shocking photo to his account? In an attempt to convict an innocent man who is dead?
Ravi might have done wrong but this is why we need a court hearing cause the evidences below has been censored on youtube. No one is talking about the horrible things Mrs Thompson has done to Ravi. and he deserve a fair Court hearing of what actually took place.
Ms. Thompson found Ravi daughter, and
began asking her intrusive questions about, among other things, Ravi daughter was offended and considered Ms Thompson’s behavior and demeanor to be aggressive and disturbing.
Ms. Thompson repeatedly contacted Ravi. As a result of Ms. Thompson’s repeated messages, Ravi began to consider Ms. Thompson as a friend, in addition to a fan and supporter of RZIM’s mission and his work.
Ravi frequently receives death threats originating from these countries and, further, his electronic devices and online accounts have been the target of many hacking attempts. Additionally, his mobile phone has been taken and briefly held by local authorities on a few occasions when visiting Islamic
countries.
Over the course of the two years following their initial meeting Mrs Thompson attempted to escalate her relationship with Ravi through repeated and persistent BBM messages, e-mails, by sending gifts through the mail, and by traveling from Canada to Georgia on two occasions, but Ravi did not meet her in person.
Mrs Thompson attempted to coax Ravi into an inappropriate online relationship.
Ms. Thompson, at all times without Ravi solicitation, gradually introduced inappropriate topics into conversations with Ravi and then eventually introduced sexual topics. For example, she began expressing her love for Ravi, and then began making sexually suggestive statements.
In December 2015 Ms. Thompson obtained Ravi home address under the guise of sending him a Christmas gift.

Regarding some specific individuals who were once my colleagues, how ‘brave’ you are to aggressively take on a man who can’t even defend himself, as well as attack his grieving family who is far more blindsided and hurt by this situation than you can ever be. And how ‘righteous’ you are to think that we must continually pile on our punishment AFTER he has already faced the ultimate judge. God chose to spare Dad from all this by calling him home when he did. But how ‘virtuous’ of you to insist that you hand out the relentless punishment and humiliation that God saw no place for in dad’s lifetime
Even *if* these allegations are true, there is no doubt that God actively blessed my dad and did so right up until he passed. His impact was only getting greater. So what these individuals are saying - along with any person or organisation that wants to cancel my dad - is that God was wrong to do so, so we must now correct God’s blessing/mistake by erasing my dad and his voice. To that I say, ‘That’s a bold strategy, Cotton, let’s see if it pays off for him.’

Paul and Morgan, please consider this advice that is from a devout Christian:
The problem isn't being alone with women. Making a rule that you can never be alone with a woman is unrealistic and not practical, not to mention demeaning to men because it sends the message that men in general can't control themselves. Also, as a woman, if I was told that a man had to have a chaperone when being in a room with me because he cant be alone with me, I'd be terrified of this man. Can he not control himself around me? Does he have the urge to rape me?
Millions of men can control themselves and have never even had the desire to abuse a woman when he was alone with her. If you do have that problem,visit a therapist as that is not normal. The REAL problem is making the choice to abuse women.
Also, the accountability method doesn't work either in situations of sexual abuse because the accountability method requires the person to tell the truth to their accountability partner. Most sexual predators, like Ravi, will not be honest and they will instead lie about what they have done.
The change has to happen with church/organization policies. RZIM not only apologized for not investigating Ravi sooner and dismissing allegations because Ravi told them to, but they are also actively making changes and actually hired professionals to observe their organization to find out what went wrong and help them form new policies preventing abuse. I hope they change their organization name, too. Having your organization named after a confirmed sexual predator is really bad.

It was almost two hours and I watched the whole thing. Mike was right on, passionate, and transparent. It is not only the being alone with women that is the issue, but the appearance of impropriety for those in the church, including those more vulnerable to stumble, as well as opportunity for inappropriate attachments to form, not that they absolutely will.

My only contention with saying that the problem is not that men cannot be alone in a room with a woman is that the Word of God does tell us to avoid even the appearance of evil. Additionally, Jesus told us that if one lusts after another in their heart, then that is adulterous.
A man can be alone with a woman and not lust after her, and not give an appearance of evil occurring. But why would he be alone with a woman in a non-medical context? (I’m specifically having in mind a married man). Even if nothing arises out of the situation, and their spouses even know they were alone with a person of the opposite sex, it’s just suspicious, especially in this world of technology where you can call, text, email, and video conference rather than meet face-to-face.
So, just saying, I agree that the problem is not that a man cannot be alone with a woman, but I just wonder what would warrant such a meeting if not some desire for privacy/secrecy? …

If anything, that should teach us to not "rate" men of God based on how or where their ministry takes place, or how flashy they are. Only God truly knows these men's heart, it is not a matter of who preaches to what group of people. Anyway, praying for Ravi's family and the victims 🙏😩

I had never even heard of what Ravi did until now. I am completely shocked and disgusted. He was one of my favorite preachers, I am extremely disappointed. What hurts me the most is what this will do to his congregation. This type of scandal makes christians look really bad. This type of scandal makes people lose trust in christianity. This is the type of scandal that makes new christians back away from God. Christians especially leaders are held at a higher standard for this exact reason. Thank you. The message, especially at the end of the video to keep your faith in God, is spot on and exactly right. Because men, especially leaders fall. We've seen this before. It's nothing new. But, this is why it's important to have our own connection to the Father. Also, it's important to be PRAYING for our leaders. This is the first time I am hearing of this scandal and I am shocked and battling to believe it! My mom listens to Ravi's preaches at least once a week. I used to think of him as such an inspiring, incredibly intellectual and moral man. I cried when I watched his memorial, and heard the things his daughter and wife said about him. I cannot fathom how he could have displayed to the public such a different man to the one he was behind doors.

This is a great video! I was so sad to hear about the scandal, but I think your analysis of the situation is exactly right. I've been super convicted by the knowledge that all my sins are visible to God even if other people don't know about them. It's encouraging to me to remember that if the Spirit lives in my heart, God will help me defeat the sin in my life, because Christ has already died to save me from every sin. When I heard about this it was a few months ago, I'd listened to Ravi nearly every Sunday morning on BBN for years until they stopped playing his messages. Sometimes I didn't want to listen to him because his messages were so convicting but then to hear this? It made me suddenly wonder about every man in my life and every man I listen to, this same sort of thing even happened with a former pastor of mine and the same thoughts went through my head then. So much truth coming out of their mouths and yet so much evil within the heart. Through this though, knowing now what was in his heart, it is further evidence that even through an ungodly man God's promise that His Word will not return to Him void is not forgotten. Even through ungodly man, God's unfailing faithfulness is seen and can be remembered. Thanks for touching on this I had not heard anymore about it, I was kind of not wanting to.

What's important to learn from this is that there's no way to deny now that all men are capable of sexual deviancy, immorality and violence. If this woman had said 'okay well I need another woman in the room with me' she would have been laughed at by everyone. Women have to keep ourselves safe from all men because there's no way to know if we're safe around them, regardless of their position in the world and how respected they are in the community. It's why we fear going out alone after dark almost anywhere in the world, and men don't fear women in the same way and are not told 'women need porn and prostitution as an outlet for their urges'. People in the anti-trafficking movement, particularly Ravi's daughter know that it could all end tomorrow if men stopped buying girls and women for sex and that we're at the mercy of johns, but most of the people who want to end sexual violence and get to the root of it are feminists, who have been trying to end sexual violence for forever (Dworkin, Janice Raymond, Julie Bindel, etc.), but no one wants to associate themselves with feminists.

The news about him is circulating even among the Christians here in the Philippines. I realized after knowing all the facts that it is very tempting to verbally attack the apologist, especially when you see how secretive and manipulative he is. And why i think it's tempting? Because it is so easy to condemn someone when no one knows every lustful thought you had in your mind. Again I am not tolerating his sin and I find it disturbing and disappointing to the point that I feel hurt for his victims. But when we express our indignation let's examine our hearts if this is out of concern for those who were hurt or due to a tendency to feel spiritually superior.

In some ways Ravi was the "biggest gun" Satan had to take down. Feel so sorry for his daughter whose ministry was about helping sexually abused victims and she now knows her father was one of the biggest abusers out there and even used ministry funds to continue the abuse of women. How ironic - not to mention a level of evil I could never have imagined. I saw Ravi several times - here and in the UK. I would never have guessed the depth of depravity that was going on in his mind. I was so distracted by his obvious intelligence.

@@YFL.111 What her dad did is not a reflection on her but it will affect her position. The organization has stopped taking any donations to examine what went wrong. They will have to rename the organization and whether or not people will feel comfortable with someone named Zacharias at the helm. It's hard to believe that she did not have some inkling but we are not programmed to look for psychopaths. We really like to believe the best about those we care about. I'm sure she will stay involved in this kind of ministry in some way but it may look very different. If anything, she probably feels more motivated than ever.

Eeh yeah I wouldn't suspect just based on that. Massage therapy is legit, and some people are skeptical of chiropractors-which I think is valid, there's been sketchy stuff there and there's real risk; people have gotten strokes from botched adjustments. I say this as someone who literally went to a chiro two days ago. So I don't think that that all on its own should arouse suspicion. In any case, there was certainly plenty of other stuff going on, and more questions should've been asked.

Philippians 1:15-18 came to mind... where Paul is saying some preach the gospel out of envy and strife, with selfish ambition, not sincerely. But that whether their motives are good or evil, Paul rejoiced that Christ is preached.
Also I recall Jesus saying they should do what the Pharisees teach but do not copy their behavior. Matthew 23:1-3

The way Ravi spoke.. with such conviction and passion and with so much sincerety it seemed, but really living a life contrary to what he was preaching is just mind blowing. I wonder if somewhere along the way he got caught up in his own intellectual ability and way of speaking maybe through pride that he became blinded and deceived himself. I sincerely pray that he genuinely repented in his heart before he passed away because I don't wish anyone to go to hell and even though his personal life didn't line up with his preaching, he still preached the Word of God and many were drawn to Jesus through him.

Yes this situations are many times simply covered, or not taken seriously specially in Spain (where I am from) with a catholic church which nobody dares to question.

I honestly never really listened to Ravi. There are lots of teachers out there that talk and talk and talk and I never hear the Holy Spirit in their words. There are others like Alistair Begg, David Jeremiah... lots of guys that are probably solid, but again, it's just like devoid of God's truth. It's weird. I don't want to say that anyone else is bad or not, I just do not listen to them very often. (Alistair's accent also drives me crazy.) I'm struggling a bit with my own church right now, honestly. This sounds so much like the CORPORATE BUSINESS World. You can not question leadership or the leaders family.
I am 59 and listen to a variety of Christian content creators to gauge the thoughts and attitudes of other Christians. If you read this take no offense. Offense builds a fence that keeps us from growing and blocks our continued Christian growth. Ravis problem was not that he made a bad choice as to who gave him a massage. The depth of sin he participated in was one of a person who had given himself to a heavier level of sin. He traveled to Thailand for sexual escapades. Even the secular media knows that Thailand has a super dark sexual sin. The media has reported that it is so bad there are some who promote a sexual tourism with kids. Very disgusting. It was discovered that Ravi would tell his victims that they were HIS REWARD because he was a good Christian. This type of behavior is deeper than a simple mistake. Psalm 1 describes the progress to ingrained all consuming sin. DO not WALK in the counsel of the Ungodly, nor STAND in the path of sinners, nor SIT in the seat of the scornful. They first Walked in the counsel of the ungodly. They talked about it, thought about it and they soaked in the seeds of sin. Eye gate, ear gate open to this. Counsel is other people thoughts and words. Do not STAND in the path. Path suggests a well walked planned area. A path is created by people taking the same route. If you are standing in that path it is progressively capturing too much of your attention. Finnally he SITS in the Seat of the scoffer/scornful. Sitting indicates they have made themselves comfortable with the sin they endulge in. They are captivated with their sin which ultimately makes them into a captive. Notice the progress, they are WALKING, then they STAND bo longer moving, then they SIT, no more progress. Sitting water become stagnant and breeds a foul smell, no flow no life. The thing even more sad was that the victims were further victimized by other Christians. So very sad.

I listened to Ravi several times and actually attended one of his lectures so this breaks my heart but Luke 12:2-3 says everything will come to light and nothing is hidden.
Secondly, here is what I think is happening.
In the book of Revelation there are letters to seven churches and each letter ends with the phrase “he who has an ear let him hear what the spirit is saying”.
This means those letters were for every church at all times to anyone who would listen. I know there are those that think those letters are historical churches but that phrase to me denotes otherwise.
Thirdly, the introduction of the letters begins with the phrase “to the angels of the seven churches”. The word Angels is translated as “messengers” ie pastors, priests etc.
Revelation is an epistle that has been ignored by pastors (messengers) to teach these letters in Sunday services.
I believe God is dealing with exposing the Angels (pastors) of the churches as He prepares for His return.
His bride is to be without spot, blemish or wrinkle and it’s laundry time for the church.
Especially the American church that is filled with false Christ’s and false doctrine.

In terms of New Covenant I see this as Spiritual birth. Papists’ philosophy/theology sterilizes you spiritually from being able to cause spiritual birth like Paul says he was able to do. (Corinthians 4:15) God is angry about this, He says about Jezebel “And I will kill her children with pestilence; and all the churches will know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts; and I will give to each one of you according to your deeds.” {Revelation 2:23}

This is my first time hearing about this, I was shocked when I heard what came out, but then again I’m no shocked about what came out; it goes to show you this man is a human being, that makes mistakes; what he did was wrong... he shouldn’t have done what he did. My pastor once said in a sermon, when I was younger never put yourself in man; I remember that like it was yesterday. My prayers go out to anyone who has ever been manipulated or abused by church leaders. I hope that this situation does not bring about doubt, or post-traumatic responses. God is still Holy, and He is still a good good father. I worry about how many will fall away from the faith because of this situation. The devil doesn't just attack one person, but he uses that person's fallen state to hurt the walk of others they come into contact with. I am so sad because this scandal will be some people's first exposure to Christianity and it will be a stumbling block to so many who are already having a hard time trusting church leadership. We need to PRAY, PRAY, PRAY.

I have learned a thing or two from Ravi--once I win an argument with his words actually more than once, using some of his testimonies. As a teacher I respect him and give him the benefit of the doubt for I have not interviewed the witnesses. I have seen people for various reasons for fame and for game and for pride lies and hurting people. hard working reputation of a man. Regarding of his credentials he was more than qualified to teach in Oxford and Cambridge Universities. Since I have not spoken or I have heard any of the witnesses and it cause examination and get to hear their voice see their faces, I choose to stand with Ravi and trust that he was a man of integrity and will continue to pray for him and his ministry and his family and his lovely daughter that I that she's hurt betterly. I have heard or brokenness from our words from our voice that came from depth of her heart from a depth of her being. Go love for another.

I have many thoughts and feeling surrounding this. Many people in the Church are speaking out about this downfall. Some of my favorites include David Wood (who speaks on his own imperfections, as well), Alisa Childers, Melissa Dougherty, Michael Ramsden--Director of RZIM--on his Twitter feed (RZIM's website also had a detailed announcement and a link to the interim report from Martin and Miller), and Mike Winger, who thoroughly read the interim and final reports (as did I) and spoke out extremely strongly about distancing ourselves as the Body from this false speaker. He put his books authored by Zacharias in the trash.
I am of a similar mindset as these people. While I am still in shock too much to throw his books away for now, I know I won't be able to read them again, because the words are a clanging cymbal, signifying nothing. They are words of a gifted story-weaver, who used the Gifts God gave him to victimize young women, defile his marital bed, and leave his ministry in ruins. Mike points out that Ravi was NOT like David (as you guys also noticed), because David was repentant and brought his shame to the Lord, while Ravi avoided the Lord's gaze. Even the 2017 allegations didn't sway my respect for the man, because his forked tongue adequately explained it away as a couple habitually seeking monetary gain, which certainly seemed right based on the evidence available to the public at that time. I was completely fooled. However, since RZIM commissioned the investigation from an independent law firm, who collaborated with a separate independent private investigative service, that is when these young women from all over the world were discovered, people who mostly did not know each other, let alone of each other, who all told basically the same type of story, Ravi's Modus Operandi. He had affairs, emotional, cyber, and physical, but he was primarily a sexual predator. He used his language gifts to befriend several of these ladies over long periods of time, find out their weaknesses, then offer his generosity in those instances, eventually calling in the debt. He used RZIM funds in a separate account for this purpose.
I even question the validity of the beginning of his faith, as we only have his word on the matter that I am aware of. Has anyone met the man that supposedly gave Ravi his first Bible? Has anyone ever spoken with Ravi's mother, who spoke poor English, about having read the Bible to him on his "bed of suicide"? If someone is living a lie, then it's natural to suspect that their whole life is a lie. I pray that he somehow had repentance in the end. Only God knows.
The main thing I am grateful for is not only that the Truth is out about this (some of it, at any rate), but that my faith is in no way shaken, because my hope is in the Lord. I long to not be a hypocrite as Ravi was in any form, so I am pressing on to complete my album, which will hopefully help someone and glorify God.
Please keep praying for his family, the numerous victims, and the shattered RZIM team, who, after a little while and the smoke has cleared, I may well be called on to give to again.
