- A very tired Sunday vlog from my hotel room whilst I’m filming on location.
Featuring a show and tell of what I packed for my stay ~ bringing lots of home comforts to soften a hectic schedule.

Amen! I need "rest is work" as a poster above my desk and also above my Nintendo
Getting that bit of rest to make the brain work is something I can wholeheartedly agree on. I feel I do it well when I do something like actually watch a full movie between 2 work shifts (without there being at least a day off between them), just some way to switch off from work for the evening. The desire to do it comes often from how busy the company I work for ends up being each day really, you know like sometimes being all eager to do it but others you just can’t be bothered with anything.
Hope the rest of the filming is going well.
Absolutely, it makes such a huge difference when I'm rested. And I know this. And I still struggle to prioritize it when I get busy, and can't seem to accept the fact that, if I take the break and rest, everything else will then be more do-able. Some day I'll crack it and give it the true respect it deserves! Baby steps! I played Nintendo after working all day today and was very delighted with myself ✨ let's hope we both get into the swing of more restful routines this year!
What a cosy little home away from home. I kind of want to stay at a hotel just for staying in the hotel room. Seems very cosy.

Oo yes, I have many ideas for puppeteering/acting/music videos which will definitely come into existence during my time here.
And Leon is great but I've never watched La Femme Nikita.
Fifth Element is my absolute favorite film ever. The world building is so brilliant, and the creatures and the comedy and the action and the costumes and the music 🥹 pure happiness

I agree, The Fifth Element has everything one could want from a film. Plus Chris Tucker and Gary Oldman. I think you would like La Femme Nikita. She's a badass 💪, and it gets brutal💥💥🩸🩸🩸, but.... you see the prototypes for much of what Besson did later with Léon & Fifth.
