what is it that you would recommend when u already have 2bhk home and you have Liquid cash of 20lakhs would you recommend building 2 bed room and a hall above the existing assert or simply have it as an assert and live in a rent house and invest that 20 lakhs in nifty 50! And in this case the existing 2bhk house is not enough as the family will get bigger when the person get married in next 5 years.
