Though I've myself been till Spangmik on the eastern end of the lake and studied the map of the entire Ladakh n number of times, my knowledge of the area has grown ten fold after watching this video now.

No doubt, Chinese have built many military infrastructure and road connectivities in the occupied Aksai Chin over a period of time, but objecting to India's similar initiatives to safeguard its interest in Aksai Chin is ridiculous. As of now leadership of CCP, the Chinese Communist Party is in total disarray due to its internal/external problems like Wuhan originated CCP virus, South China sea occupation,Taiwan tussle, protests in Hong Kong over security and anthem bill and now after forcibly intruding into the Indian territory along the Himalayan region, China is itching for a confrontation, which may turn into full blown war. As the days go by the evil CCP is becoming more and more insane and goes berserk which may eventually lead to its downfall. As the Indian saying goes *Vinaash Kaale Vipareet Bhuddi*
It is going more berserk due to the current leadership. Foreigners are leaving China enmasse, and these troubles are distractions away from coronavirus.
great video, based on the fact that china already have two roads on northern and southern part of pangong lake, a post on the hill top overseeing the lake, and two major backup posts in the conjunction with hwy 219, i think it is pretty safe to say china has a firm grasp on this area.
could you please clarify the post at 7:22 belongs to India or China? this post is in Indian side of LAC but well connected by road with Chinese post in Chinese side..

Impressive presentation. Hopefully a part 3 will confirm or debunk reports of Chinese troops inside Indian side of LAC and pin point those locations and how much of Indian territory is occupied.
Thanks for this video it cleared all doubts I was having regarding border posts. In 1999 during kargil war chinese had built 5 km illegal road along pangong lake near finger 4.
That area of mountainous terrain is unsuitable for large scale land based mechanized battle, but boats in Pangong lake are useful. China has a division of gunboat operation in that lake, you've seen it during the conflict on land. India is trying to order some boats but they have to be imported from other countries and they may not work well. T-90's engines do not work well due to the high altitude, and it's too heavy.
Chinese illegall action and habitual coveting of land cpupled with expansionist policies comples India to double up its forces in men and materials. China is a country that does not respect other countries and with its money power, dominates smaller countries. But India, a strongly and inherently indipendent country will not fall prey for the chinese hegemonic design. India has to be strong, with dibolical neighbors ready to stand by China, has to spend more on defence, to take on all in the region simulteneously. This is a demanding reality that India cannot ignore.

Further, annulled articles 370 35A & put whole population into lockdown which is the case since Aug 5 2019 wherein youth are abducted, tortured & killed, women are raped, politicians interned. 4th Occupied Siachin Glacier in Kashmir which was part of Azad (free) Kashmir, 5th Occupied Sikkim, Goa and many other areas against their will. After 1962 war, china unilaterally retreated from the military line on 20 nov 1962, 20 km East in Ladakh. Now, because of India's building of infrastructure & becoming part of IndoUSAustralian pacific pact, has perturbed China. India has been highly aggressive against Pak across Line of Control in Kashmir as confirmed by retired Gen Bikram Singh to show her muscles. India also occupying Nepal territory in its NW and refuses to withdraw. Similarly, India coerced Bhutan to send her army on the pretext of protection. Westerners are deliberately encouraging India to be belligerent to China and want an armed conflict to fulfill American agenda to encircle China; thus, putting at risk millions of lives in the region while they will remain unharmed in Europe and North America. Modi must understand that India cannot become big power in the face of utter poverty which has even increased due to lockdown. Modi left millions of daily wage workers stranded on train/bus stations with sudden lockdown and no transport to carry them back home, many walked 100s of km and died of hunger and thirst. So strength merely does not lie in largeness of military but has to be backed by people who can only be a strength if they have enough to clothe and eat. In October summit, China asked India to resolve outstanding issues in the region including Kashmir to set the pace for progress and prosperity in the region, but due to overconfidence and arrogance, Modi refused. Still time for Modi India to make friends with Pakistan to open a vista of trade thru Pak to Central Asia, Europe and beyond on land.

@@skg901 No, India has only recently started building up. I've been in the area 8-10 times all seasons. Rapid improvements since 2014-2016, but still a long way to go for us. Our soldiers are brave and skillful, but the infra provided to them pales in comparison. We can defend much much better than 1962, but attack, nope. The infra divide has reduced now of course and it's good to see we're no longer bend overs.
@@vickyrao9066 Yes. It can be fired even from the capital. But, missiles are last resort. Never seen since I don't remember when. First line of attacks would be soldier combats, and our mobilization is slow due to bad roads. Example, if you travel to Demchok or past Chushul, you'd be riding on dirt mud track or an occasional stretch of jeep tracks. If you peep on to the Chinese side, its full metalled straight broad roads. Hence, mobilization is just easier for them. Tanks, armored trucks, supply lines to troops. Only recently after BJP came into power have I started seeing new roads being laid and power lines coming up. If one thing China does well is keeps India on alert and inadvertently helps us building better infra.
As a former soldier, I can just state that it is simply superb!

Much more larger towns on their side along LAC.
The last line didn't make sense to me. No missiles don't sound harsh to me, but just being practical from ground observations. Same happened in '62. We had brave men (my great uncle one them), but infra was bad. So, Chinese could mobilize more and more people despite being killed in greater numbers.
Amazing research Bro
