Fitbit Charge 2 Battery is Draining Almost Instantly

- I've been using this device since December 2016 and haven't had any major problems until it's going like this. Even before this happened, the battery could lasts for about 5 full days (3-4 days with heavy workout). Tried everything on the internet like turning off all day sync, heart rate, etc. but nothing helps.
I think it is happened on all charge 2. Do not by fitbit anymore.
Yeah, the same thing happened to my Ionic! The battery literally drains out after 4 hours! I think it lasts for not more than two years... It's just a damn firmware BUG!!
Same issue now... this is just to buy a new one
Mine too have this issue. It worked without any issues till a couple of weeks ago. I was planning to do full heavy workouts when the covid-19 lockdown started but due to this issue my complete plan was stopped 😔.
What did you do then?

I actually have bought another smartwatch from Samsung before this became like this. So I just workout as usual, but only using 1 smartwatch. It is sad seeing fitbit failed like this :(
@@Dhanes71 Fitbit watchs last about 2 to 4 years. Do you use your Fitbit a lot?
@@tyxfoax yup. Used it everyday. And when my fitbit started doing this, I've been using it for 2.5 years (working out around 4-5 times a week, 1.5 hours each workout). But the weird thing is, I also bought the same fitbit for my mom, and it's still functioning today. Or maybe it's because she doesn't wear it everyday?

I have exactly the same problem. The issue came with firmware that you also seem to have 22.58.0. I assume Fitbit did it intentionally so people would buy a new device. Although the forum is full with this problem they dont even seem to care. I would never buy a fitbit again. Am so angry, they even stopped comments on their firmware release. Yeah, you're right, man! I tried checking the community but all I see is that they're just blowing hot air, NOT FIXING THE ISSUE AT ALL!!!
