    Wasn’t he an all Southeast Asian sanshou champion way back when? Was a highly respected SiFu in the community back in the day.

      I'm pretty sure he was one of the kung fu stylists Bruce Lee mentioned that went to Thailand....where a lot of styles were humbled by Muay Thai fighters....Bruce said, "Choy Lay Fut fighters were the only style to beat the Thaiboxers"

      @@JeffMcDuffie72MeridianGate most traditional stylists I know incorporate san shou in to their training. Or at least they used to 20 years ago but maybe that’s changed.

      @@brandonhunter3036 i got two Chinese books on san shou. It's basically kung fu without style pretty much like kick boxing with a few different moves added like the 360 sweep etc.
