I have deep respect for this guy. Sharing his skills and showing how to create world top hit with almost stock plugins. How amazing is that!? Not to mention that he speaks like he has been your friend for the whole life of yours - you've made my day Jonas :)
This is my favourite FM in the studio so far. Jonas speaks clearly and shares a lot of useful info, the video is nicely recorded and this track is also very good, so all in all, a very inspirational and helpful video. Keep making more of these please!
If anyone is interested, I've made a list (the best I could) about everything used by Jonas Blue in this video (Plugins, Synths, MIDI Controllers, DAW, etc ...) equipboard.com/pros/jonas-blue
Cheers for a really great video, guys. And thanks to Jonas for being so open about his process. I think we all hope to find someone in this world who will love us as much as he loves his plugs!
thanks for the break down. It has helped me improve my sound processing a lot and thanks to you I now have started using devil loc and microshift from soundtoys on my tracks and had a huge increase in quality. :)
WulfCry go to nexus use a guitar fuzz and then put a lot of reverb on it then just use the pitch bend at the end of the notes and boila jonas blue secret pluck
Op het moment ben ik aan het violen/hobbyen met sound design, iets in mekaar kneden loopen met samplen en synthesis experimenteren. sounds zoeken en een balance vinden.
I am truly devastated! He loves and loves all of his plugins and even the low cut gets so much love but when it comes to Waves S1 Shuffler he only says "a great plugin"??? What kind of a monster are you Jonas?!?
This was great, i really liked how he used most of the plugins for their colour rather than their processing. Learned some helpful production tips. Salute to u Jonas from Edmonton, Canada!
THANKS A LOTS DEAR SUPER TEACHER JONAS BLUE IN THE END HAPPY CHRISTMAS 🎄🎄🎄🎁🎁🎁🎄🎄🎄🎁🎁🎁🎄🎄🎄 AND VERY GOOD NEW YEAR 2025 FOR YOU WITH ALLS FAMILIES...FRENDS...
It's really interesting but I would really love to see the work of the Mixing engineer cause usually they just throw lots of layers out there but someone has to deal with them eventually.
I don't have time to go through all of these videos and I'd like to hear producers talk about the music theory in their songs. If you've seen videos like that I would appreciate it if you told me where I could find that! Thank you in advance!
fantastic, helpful video from Jonas Blue. Excellently explained, useful tips - if you weren't sold on the R-range from Waves before you will be now lol
Jonas blue did an amazing master class for his song but Future Magazine really messed things up while delivering it to us I mean what happened to the audio? Did you guys really just record the output of Jonas' speaker to your microphone but not bouncing the output of its own? Thanks for this great chance to see one of the greatest artists in the dance music industry but this is just a little feedback for your channel and also every viewer
Thanks Jonas. Anyone know what exact spec macbook pro he's using?. It's an immaculate sound and tons of plugins, that laptop is wired. Anyone know that would be great. I'm struggling here with processing power with my 2011 macbook. Cheers.
This is only 4 yrs old, the plugins in here look medieval... crazy... that time in which things look dated is reducing... a year old plugins look already old but....... sound the same LOOOL! I myself only use Ableton stock plugins and I'm the happiest FkR in da world... I have 3rd-party-plugins-fobia...
I wonder how he's process his Background Vocal :(( Anyone know the type of video that producer shown us detail of their work like Jonas Blue did in this one ?

He must really really love his plugins
Thanks Jonas for the inspiration!
does anyone notice that the song is in a lower key in this video, whereas it's higher when you listen to the track?
They changed the real one for copyright reasons. It's also slowed down.

Sounds better pitched down to be honest ahaha
Sampled highly probably
Me: watch this video to discover how he made his own lead

NL zie ik? Wat voor muziek maak je?
Op het moment ben ik aan het violen/hobbyen met sound design, iets in mekaar kneden loopen met samplen en synthesis experimenteren. sounds zoeken en een balance vinden.
Martin Jensen uses the same sound!
Yeah. Came here for that actually 😢
Holy vocal processing
Great stuff!
Great video! Very inspiring. Thanks for the tips Jonas Blue, God bless.
Jonas is in love with all plugins
Count the number of times Jonas says, " i absolutely love this plug-in" and that's how many plug-ins he used on the record
How much do you love your plugin
Jonas blue: yes
My inspiration, idol, and in this case, teacher...
thank you guys for the video keep going doing that types of breaking down records
@Future Music Magazine: Ive been watching a few of your grate Interviews/ Showing Technical Stuff this one with Guy James Robin, is just really good .
Thanks for sharing the process! :)

Helped me a lot on my production!!! Keep it up!! :)
Awesome video, but dang, the amount of times he makes that lip smack noise O_O
he really knows how that plugins work!!
What he says at about 50:30 ? The plugin He used for vocal harmonies? I need to know that.
I found it myself after 2 mins. :D It's little alterboy
" , "it would have been" "i would have"
How does he control 3 layers with the pitch bend ??
he has them as a track stack. as long as the 3 plug-ins have the same pitch bend parameters he could play all 3 together
you can see it at 27:29
u can try to do in on Ableton Live grouping and layering the 3 instruments with an instument rack.
probably he put the layers onto a layering bus or group in the channel rack like the ones in fl studio and did it there to effect all three
and big thanx from morocco to Futur music magazin .
Great tutorial from my man, Jonas "I swear by this plug-in" Blue. This is a real gem tho!
He really loves it
I love this video :D
arp 2600 love in the background

It's really interesting but I would really love to see the work of the Mixing engineer cause usually they just throw lots of layers out there but someone has to deal with them eventually.
What do you mean? What the mixing engieers have to do?
@@Chelsso0 haha they make the songs sound as good as possible.
Man i love those plugins too.
Do you know the name of the marimba plugin which he used??
Rlly good track, good job :)
what reverb did he use on his signature sound?
Great stuff, thanks for sharing
I don't have time to go through all of these videos and I'd like to hear producers talk about the music theory in their songs. If you've seen videos like that I would appreciate it if you told me where I could find that! Thank you in advance!

Hi Jonas, thank you so much for sharing this all man. Always a learning experience to see how others work. :-)
guys what the third layer used on marimba? ex24, omnisphere and then? at minute 2.12
Thought he said marimba plus same marimba octave above then omnisphere
Let's play a game. Take a shot every time he says 'I Love this Plugin' BOOM!
Amazing!
whats the brass plug in called?
Jonas blue did an amazing master class for his song
but Future Magazine really messed things up while delivering it to us

I could've sworn there was a video with either Oliver Heldens or Tiesto on making Wombass, but I can't find it on youtube anymore?
Let me know if you find it, that would be so great!
Clave men Buenos Aires como argentina
What a legend
Great! Informative....thank you for sharing! Rgs CJ
i love this xx
awesome, thanks a lot :)
He's got a CS-80 to his right, and he can't pull himself away from the godd*amn computer screen long enough to plug it in.
This is true love
which plugin his use to the horn brass i couldn't see it
Thanks Jonas. Anyone know what exact spec macbook pro he's using?. It's an immaculate sound and tons of plugins, that laptop is wired. Anyone know that would be great. I'm struggling here with processing power with my 2011 macbook. Cheers.
since obv he can afford the latest top specs there is out there I assume he uses that one in accordance to the video upload date
Absolute geezer!
i wish i knew where he got the vynil dolls on 0:27 ????
It's really not hard to find out.
Just google "Bob Moog vinyl figure" and "Jimmy Hendrix vinyl figure" etc.
did you know that it's a rare doll there is only one on ebay and it's 330$ ( almost like the moog hardware synth
This is only 4 yrs old, the plugins in here look medieval... crazy... that time in which things look dated is reducing... a year old plugins look already old but....... sound the same LOOOL! Duuhhhhhh. Soooo OOrrrrrllllllddddd
Damn, those vocals sound phat af.
Just came here for the lead part and he kept it a secret 😢
Take a sip every time he say love
Why would he use a low cut instead of an EQ? Surely they do the same thing?
i think he's been using so long its just a habit. its seem easier and will probably use less cpu
27:00 this secret this is pretty dumb tbh
the alot of producers on youtube can make a 100% laser sharp remake of his song in a couple days
How can I get a feature on FM?
Can you do this pitch thing without a piano?
he definitely loves his plugins :)
What did he say brass synth's name on 17;40?
would really like to know how long this track took t make from start to finish
I wonder how he's process his Background Vocal :(( Anyone know the type of video that producer shown us detail of their work like Jonas Blue did in this one ?
