the Quran say that when Mary the saint gave birth to Jesus, God inspired her to eat from the *fresh ripe dates of the Palm tree*.
You do not need to prove to any middle eastern that for having *ripe fresh dates* you need Summer ( 'Cause as you know dates will not completely turn blacked until a hot weather; and ripe dates are black )
Gospel of Luke 2:8 = "And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby. they were keeping watch over their flocks at night
No Jewish is mad to be outside with his flocks in the winter. He and his flocks will freeze to death."
25th of December or around it is extremely COLD in Palestine. And who will take himself and his flocks out , specially AT NIGHT ! . So the Bible says it was not in winter.
The Quran 19:25 says to Mary after giving birth to Jesus = "And shake towards you the trunk of the palm tree, it will drop on you fresh ripe dates."
So the both Quran and Bible talk about a hot weather.

Please don't let this divide us as believers, truth will come out and there are mysteries that we don't know why. Jesus was born for our salvation and that is what really matters. I will continue as always I love to sing Handel's Messiah and it's in the first week in December. Let's not divide because one celebrates in December and another in the fall or spring. Ethanim, the name of the seventh month of the Canaanite calendar corresponding to the later Hebrew Tishri or to our September - October (1 Kings 8:2).
The Israelites, like the Orientals in general, followed the lunar month, beginning with the new moon. In Hebrew month is yerah, which means moon, and hodes, which means new moon. The months had alternatively 29 or 30 days. To distinguish the different months the Canaaneans names, which are related to the seasons of the year, were used.
In the Bible occur the months Abib, which means green ears of corn, and stood for March-April (Exodus 13:14; Deuteronomy 21:1); Ziv, meaning flower, equivalent of April-May (II Kings 6:1,37); ETHANIM, meaning constant waters, for September -October (1 Kings 8:2) and Bul, which means rain, for October-November (1 Kings 6:38).
Towards the end of his stories of Jesus' infancy. Luke describes Mary's remembrance of these events, "And Mary kept all these things, reflecting on them in her heart (Luke 2:19)." From this indication, Luke thereby revealed Mary as his first eyewitness from the beginning. From her story to Luke, therefore we can derive when Jesus was born.
    Luke 1:5-9
    Luke 1:10-25
The incensing in the Temple indicated a specific feast was being celebrated, the Feast of Tabernacles or Dedication of the Temple. This feast originated from the first dedication of the Temple by King Solomon who timed the dedication with the feast of Booths (in Hebrew Succoth or Sukkot).
    1 Kings 8:1-2
All the men of Israel assembled before King Solomon during the festival in the month of Ethanim (the seventh month). In the original Roman calendar this would correspond to the month of September, so that if we calculate the time of the feast, it would have been around September 18-24. Then when Zechariah returned home and Elizabeth conceived, it would have been around September 25.
    Luke 1:26-38
The time in the story of the Annunciation to Mary and her subsequent conception of Jesus is mentioned twice: in v. 26 "In the sixth month," and in v. 36, "she whom people called barren is now in her sixth month."
To determine this date of Mary's conception of the Lord, we simply have to add 6 months to September 25, exactly the date celebrated by the church.

Where I come from September 29th is known as Michaelmas or the Feast of St. Michael and All Angels. I remember reading about Michaelmas at school, not understanding what it was and my teacher just said "Michaelmas is Christmas". Nothing in the tradition of Michael and all angels links to the birth of Christ, so I never understood why she linked it to Christmas. I think this video has just answered that question for me. September 29th is the birthday of Christ.

  • @1less77

The beauty of this is that Jesus was conceived at the end of December. This is the time of the Feast of Dedication - Hanukkah, called the Festival of Lights. Jesus was then born around the end of September...beginning of October. This is the time of Feast of Tabernacles, which includes trumpets, day of atonement, and Sukkot...Tabernacles. So...God's timing is this...The light of the world came to Tabernacle with us...Hallelujah!!!
To further prove this point concerning Jesus' birth. He started His earthly ministry at the age of 30, as in Jewish culture you are not an adult until reaching the age of 30. Jesus' ministry lasted 3 1/2 years. Jesus died at Passover. If you count backwards 3 1/2 years from Passover you land on Feast of Tabernacles.

And then Mary was pregnant of Jesus Christ. And you can count 9 months before Christ was born. Starts at 1st-January, 2nd- February,3rd-march,4th-april,5th-may,6th-June,7th-july,8th-august,and 9th month is SEPTEMBER. and around September 16th-29th Jesus was born it's because the mother of john was pregnant in the middle days of the month of June. The shepherds were not to be out in the fields during the highest holy days, they were to be in Jerusalem during that time. It was ok for the shepherds to be in the fields with their sheep during the month of Nissian.
Take this into consideration the subject was the sheep and lambs, and who is the lamb of God?

Besides, the Bible says in first Corinthians 11:24 - 25 what to do IN REMBRANCE of our Lord, and it has nothing to do with His birthday! Believers are to commemorate as a memorial the bread and the wine representing His sacrificial DEATH for ALL sinning mankind, NOT HIS BIRTH! But, of course, the vast majority of humanity wants to keep the Christmas tradition going, in spite of the Truth!

Yes but, Zacharias was chosen by Lottery to burn incense at the Alter, only times this is done is during passover, or sukkot. So if you follow the instructions in Luke chapter one, and begin at Passover, when John was conceived, then 6 months later Gaberial came to Mary and told her she conceived Jesus, at Elul, she stay with Elizabeth 3 months, that’s to Heshvan, so if we count 6 more months we arrive at 9months and the time of Jesus birth around the month of Iyyar or the time of the second Passover. The month Iyyar means Great passages as Jesus is the bridge back to the Father!

A lot of assumptions here, such as why pick 5 BC for John's conception. Zacharias would have been serving in the temple at two different times every year. If a different time for his service were adopted then the analysis that follows leads to a different day. I favour 20 March (1 Nisan) 6 BC for the reasons explained by Jonathan Cahn. I also note that there was a rare astrological event that day namely a lunar occultation.

And there were shepherds abiding in the field keeping watch over their sheep by night. Why would shepherds what’s their sheep at night? It only happens once each year- when the lambs were born in the Spring (March or April). Therefore the Lamb of God was born when the lambs in Israel were being born. Just as he was abused during the 4 day period when the Priests inspect the Passover lambs for blemishes. Then he was crucified as the lambs were being slaughtered .

Luke 2 King James Version (KJV)
2 And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be taxed.
2 (And this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.)
3 And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city.
4 And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:)
5 To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child.
6 And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered.
7 And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.
8 And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.
9 And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.
10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.
11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.
12 And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.
13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying,
14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
15 And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.
16 And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger.
17 And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child.
18 And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds.
19 But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart.
20 And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them.
21 And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his name was called Jesus, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb.
    22 And when the days of her purification according to the law of Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord;
23 (As it is written in the law of the Lord, Every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy to the Lord;)
24 And to offer a sacrifice according to that which is said in the law of the Lord, A pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons.
25 And, behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel: and the Holy Ghost was upon him.
26 And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord's Christ.
27 And he came by the Spirit into the temple: and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him after the custom of the law,
28 Then took he him up in his arms, and blessed God, and said,
29 Lord, now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace, according to thy word:
30 For mine eyes have seen thy salvation,
    31 Which thou hast prepared before the face of all people;
32 A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel.
33 And Joseph and his mother marvelled at those things which were spoken of him.
    34 And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against;
35 (Yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also,) that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.

The High Priest was performing a once-a-year service in the Holy of Holies when he received the Angel’s prophecy about the conception and birth of John the Baptist (the high priest’s coming son).
This only occurs annually on Yom Kippur.
    That’s where your calculations begin.
However , because of the High Priest’s initial unbelief, not only would he be temporarily mute, but he and Elisabeth would have to wait longer to conceive (as had happened to Abraham and Sarah after Sarah’s initial unbelief).

I read in Luke where it says In THE sixth month Gabriel told Mary she was about to be pregnant. He then told her even her old cousin Elizabeth was pregnant and this was HER sixth month. It means what it says if you let it. Anytime the Bible says and in the 6th month, or in the 8th month, or in the 11th month it is referring to the month of the year just like in Luke. Notice when speaking of how pregnant Elizabeth was Gabriel says HER 6th month. It is ALSO the 6th month of the Hebrew calendar. It is so clear and simple. Zachariah came home when his duty was over which would be the end of the 8th month and Elizabeth would become pregnant 4 months later, in the first month of the Hebrew calendar. Let the Bible mean what it says and Christ was born around the time of Pentecost.

Other seasons can be calculated using the different times Zechariah served during that year. A case can be made for December 25, which is used to justify the celebration of Xmas. (As mentioned in the whiteboard, knowing that Christ was 33-1/2 years old when He was crucified points to a fall Holy Day birth, but it would be helpful to juxtapose that against the other possibilities.) The shepherds in the field also indicates it was not a winter birth, but that is being disputed by claims of moderate winter weather in Israel. It would be good to see some verification on that as well.

December 25 is the observance of Saturnalia, in the Roman world. Emperor Constantine set December 25th as the date to coincide with Saturnalia. The church set a lot of dates of observance based on local traditions, in order to grow the church. They would even adopt pagan deities as saints, so that local people could go on worshiping their false gods, while still paying tithes to the church. The church has been corrupting the faith from the beginning. You're better off with no church, than an apostate one.

It doesn't make sense that Mary and Joseph would be traveling in winter, with Mary being pregnant. That is a dangerous situation for her and the baby inside her. We know that they were traveling to be counted in the census, and to pay their taxes. It is unlikely that the Romans would schedule that for the winter, knowing it would be difficult for people to travel, and many would stay home. They would do it in the warmer months, to get a more accurate census, and maximize tax collections, without having to hunt people down to collect what they owe.

The birth of John the Baptist:
Luke 1:5-25 King James Version (KJV)
5 There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth.
6 And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.
7 And they had no child, because that Elisabeth was barren, and they both were now well stricken in years.
8 And it came to pass, that while he executed the priest's office before God in the order of his course,
9 According to the custom of the priest's office, his lot was to burn incense when he went into the temple of the Lord.
10 And the whole multitude of the people were praying without at the time of incense.
11 And there appeared unto him an angel of the Lord standing on the right side of the altar of incense.
12 And when Zacharias saw him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him.
13 But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John.
14 And thou shalt have joy and gladness; and many shall rejoice at his birth.
15 For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother's womb.
16 And many of the children of Israel shall he turn to the Lord their God.
17 And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.
18 And Zacharias said unto the angel, Whereby shall I know this? for I am an old man, and my wife well stricken in years.
19 And the angel answering said unto him, I am Gabriel, that stand in the presence of God; and am sent to speak unto thee, and to shew thee these glad tidings.
20 And, behold, thou shalt be dumb, and not able to speak, until the day that these things shall be performed, because thou believest not my words, which shall be fulfilled in their season.
21 And the people waited for Zacharias, and marvelled that he tarried so long in the temple.
22 And when he came out, he could not speak unto them: and they perceived that he had seen a vision in the temple: for he beckoned unto them, and remained speechless.
23 And it came to pass, that, as soon as the days of his ministration were accomplished, he departed to his own house.
24 And after those days his wife Elisabeth conceived, and hid herself five months, saying,
25 Thus hath the Lord dealt with me in the days wherein he looked on me, to take away my reproach among men.

I wonder, then, why many or more religious leaders (including some leaders of my faith) continue to purport that Jesus was, in fact, born in the "spring time" and that Easter, hence, is an accurate festival (in that it corresponds normally to April) for the time of Christ's birth?
The concensus has been for awhile that it is specifically April 6th (not September) that Jesus was born.
Why the different calculations and hypotheses?

Dr. Bullinger writes in Appendix 179 To The Companion Bible that Jesus was born on September 29th: "
It thus appears without the shadow of a doubt that the day assigned to the Birth of the Lord, namely, December 25, was the day on which He was "begotten of the Holy Ghost", that is to say, by pneuma hagion = divine power (Matthew 1:18, 20 marg.), and His birth took place on the 15th of Ethanim, September 29, in the year following, thus making beautifully clear the meaning of John 1:14, "The Word became flesh" (Matthew 1:18, 20) on 1st Tebeth or December 25 (5 B.C.), "and tabernacled (Greek eskenosen) with us", on 15th of Ethanim or September 29 (4 B.C.). Let us analyze and study History... Christ Jesus was born in Bethlehem between the 6th to 4th year BCE during the reign of King Herod under the Roman Emperor Augustus Caesar...
During that time the Ancient Roman Calender had only 10 months... The 1st month up to the 6th month was represented by the Roman gods and goddesses' Root Names while the 7th month came from the Roman Root word SEPTA, which became SEPTEMBER, then the 8th month came from the Roman Root word OCTO, which became OCTOBER, then the 9th month came from the Roman Root word NOVI, which became NOVEMBER and finally the 10th month came from the Roman Root word DECI, which became DECEMBER.
Historians believe that Christ Jesus was born during the "10th month" (Fall Season) which at that time was called in the Ancient Roman Calendar, DECEMBER... When the Roman Emperor Augustus Caesar died in the 14th year, 1st Cent. A.D. when Christ Jesus was in His Teenage years, Emperor Tiberius succeeded the throne and added 2 more months in recognition of Julius Caesar for the 7th month called JULY, and Augustus Caesar for the 8th month called AUGUST, thus, the month of September became the 9th, October became the10th, November became the 11th and December was no longer the original 10th month but became the 12th month in which there were already SNOW in Bethlehem (Winter Season)...
When Christ was born in Bethlehem, His registered BIRTH was the 10th month (December), which was the written Roman Census at that time for Blessed Mary and St. Joseph. When Emperor Tiberius reigned in the 14th year, 1st Cent. A.D., the Roman Calendar became 12 months adding the months of July and August, thus, all born on the 10th month including Christ Jesus became the 12th month (still called December) but in Winter Season in Israel...
The Exact Birth Day of Jesus on the "10th month" (December) was lost... the Pagan Roman Empire celebrated the SUN GOD FESTIVAL every the 25th day of December (10th Month), and Christ Jesus was also born on the 10th month in Bethlehem presently December today, and since the Pagan Roman Empire accepted the Faith of Christianity in 325 A.D.... the Roman Catholic Church replaced the Pagan SUN GOD FESTIVAL into the "Holy Mass (Celebration) of Christ Jesus" commonly called today CHRISTMAS... The First Christmas in the Christian Roman Empire (United East and West Roman Empire) was celebrated on December 25, 325 A.D....
What better way to STOP the Pagan Festival was to adopt the "Birth of Christ Jesus" on the 10th Month which was presently December (the 12th month)... Analogy, if a person cheated on you, what better way to replace that person is to find another better person than the previous one, and not to have a pet animal as a replacement... the same analogy.
Facts and Truth of the Matters, Historians, and Archeological Attested...

Actually as a Muslim we knew that he was not born on winter of December, because the Quran say that when Mary the saint gave birth to Jesus, God inspired her to eat from the *fresh ripe dates of the Palm tree*.
And who will take himself and his flocks out , specially AT NIGHT! . So the Bible says it was not in winter.
The Quran 19:25 says to Mary after giving birth to Jesus = "And shake towards you the trunk of the palm tree, it will drop on you fresh ripe dates."
So the both Quran and Bible talk about a hot weather.

    When was Jesus born?
    To Sum It Up
Perhaps St. John Chrysostom, the powerful fourth-century Patriarch of Constantinople, in a sermon he preached in Antioch wherein he urges the church in the East to adopt the Roman practice of celebrating December 25 as the date for the Feast of the Nativity of Our Lord, sums up best the historical truth of the matter. And, by the way, he was successful in reforming the date of the celebration in the East. While there were objectors to this practice (and we should note here that this is a practice, not doctrinal), his arguments are telling:
    1. He argues that this practice is based on history as known from the time of the historical events.
    2. The rapid diffusion of this custom proved its genuineness via the “sensus fidelium,” i.e., the “sense of the faithful” that will not steer the church awry.
    3. He then goes to Scripture and shows how Zachariah, the Father of John the Baptist-as High Priest-entered the temple on the Day of Atonement (the Day of Atonement being in September) to perform his priestly functions. It was only then that he received the announcement of John’s conception, which would have made this joyous event fall in September.
Because Christ would have been conceived six months later (according to Luke 1:36, “this is the sixth month with [Elizabeth] that is called barren”), that would have been March. Nine months later comes December.
Problems with St. John’s line of reasoning: The text does not say it was “the Day of Atonement,” nor does it say Zachariah was the High Priest. Scripture reveals him to have been one of “the high-priestly family,” or one of “the chief priests,” “of the course of Abia” (cf. Luke 1:5), one of the twenty-four families stemming from the sons of Aaron who carried out the priestly functions throughout the year (see I Chronicles 24:10), including the “burning of incense” that we see Zechariah offering in Luke 1:9, a task given by God to Aaron in Exodus 30:7.
In defense of St. John Chrysostom, this does not mean it was not the Day of Atonement or that Zachariah was not one of the “High Priests” either. We know from Scripture that by the first century, there were multiple “chief priests” from the family of Aaron, or the “high-priestly family,” that could and would function as High Priest on a rotational basis (see Acts 4:6; John 11:49; Mark 8:31; Acts 4:23).
Interesting note: A nineteenth-century scholar, Friedlieb, in 1887, in a study on the life of Christ, actually traced back the priestly family line (each served a week in the temple at a time in succession) from the time of the destruction of the temple in AD 70. Jewish tradition (from Josephus) says the family of Jojarib was then serving. Assuming there was no break in the succession over those decades (some call that a bit of a stretch, but given the strong belief of the Jewish people surrounding the Temple and its administration, I don’t think it is that much of a stretch), Zechariah would indeed have been serving at the time of the Day of Atonement, Christ’s conception would have then occurred in March, and his birth, therefore, in December. Jewish history seems to fit like a glove.
We also have to take into account the fact that the Protoevangelium of James, written in ca. AD 140, records St. Zechariah as having been High Priest as does the ancient Eastern tradition. There is good historical evidence to consider here.
    4. Finally, St. John appeals to the Roman archives. He claimed the papers concerning the Holy Family were still there at that time proving when it was that Christ was born, and that those documents prove he was born on December 25. Appealing to Roman archives is something we see St. Justin Martyr do in his First Apology, 34-35, and Tertullian in his work “Against Marcion,” Book 4, chapters 7 and 19.
Even though those archives are not extant, it would have been the height of insanity for St. John to appeal to existing archives as containing the proof of which he speaks knowing his lie to be easily exposed. And this is not to mention the extraordinary man of integrity we are talking about when we toss out the great name, St. John Chrysostom.
    Season’s Greetings!

An Orthodox monk in the 5th-6th centuries AD is the one who set the BC/AD dating, but it is not clear why he settled on transitioning BC to AD as had been done. Regardless of how he established the dates, it became widely accepted, and something we now take for granted. It ends up, that as the vast majority of scholars agree (even if they can’t agree on the date of Christ’s birth)... the monk was a few years off.
There are a few things that point to the fact that Jesus was born before 1AD or 1 BC (There is not a year “zero”). One is the death of Herod. Herod died before 1 BC and we know Jesus was born before Herod died (Matt 2:1-12). Therefore, Jesus was born before the 1BC/1AD change over.
Another point is from John 2:20, we see that at the first Passover Jesus kept in His ministry, the Jews had been building the temple for 46 year at that point. We also know from secular history that Herod began to build the temple in the eighteenth year of his reign, which was about 19BC. This would then have been the spring of 28AD.
Then, knowing from Luke 3:23 that Jesus 30yrs old when He began His ministry in the fall of 27AD. Subtracting 30 from 27 AD, and considering there is not a year “zero”, we come to 4 BC. Again, before the BC/AD change over.
In regard to John the Baptist, being born 6 months before Jesus, we know this from Luke 1:26-38.
      Hope this is helpful!

It shows you that you’ll have to use YOUR God given head and figure out YOURSELF who’s right and who’s wrong because only one explanation is the right one and all others are forcibly totally wrong. This explanation here is the easiest to understand, it is short, to the point and factual. If you look at all the other liars out there who know NOTHING, their explanations are always so very long and complicated that you lose yourself in them and are all mixed up with ‘‘facts’’ that make no sense in themselves and are unrelated to one another. THIS is the right explanation and forcibly, all others are logically totally wrong even if people don’t like to believe that somebody is right and others are wrong. It’s irrelevant!...

All the answers are there with one exception, learn when the Hebrew months of counting start as per Exodus 12:1-2.
Establish the first month of Abib and the rest of the truthful story falls right into place. Pentecost is the answer, when the WORD was given on Sini in stone, and now in flesh plus when the Hebrew Apostles were given the Holy Spirit at the Appointed feast of Weeks/First Fruits. Without knowing the old Testament you will never understand the New.

An interesting video, but I think it starts to go astray at the point where it ASSUMES that John was conceived in 5 B.C. If you attempt to work out a chronology by starting with an assumed date, don’t you think that you’ll end up with another assumed date for the birth of John/Jesus? However, if you do assume that John was born in the spring and that Jesus was born in the autumn, (and there are many good reasons for believing that, but time and space don’t allow for a full explanation here), then you should apply the ONE AND ONLY link to be found in the Gospels that connects an event in the life of Jesus with a recognised and fixed date in secular history.
Luke Ch 3 provides this link; it states that Jesus "was about 30 years old" at the time of His Baptism, (according to the Law, a male was to begin priestly duties at the age of 30). When Luke uses the word ‘about’ he always means almost exactly, or, to within a few days. As Jesus was 30 at His Baptism, then it follows that John was also 30 at the start of his ministry. Luke 3: 1, links this beginning as taking place in the 15th year of Tiberius Caesar, a year about which there is absolutely no doubt. Augustus Caesar died on 19th August A.D. 14 and the reign of Tiberius is reckoned from this date. Therefore, counting from the death of Augustus, “the 15th year of Tiberius” ran from August 19th A.D. 28 until August 19th A.D. 29. So now we can state with certainty that Jesus was Baptised at the age of 30, in the year A.D. 29, and from this we can know that He was born in the year 2 B.C. and it then follows that He died on (14th Nisan) 3rd April A.D. 33.
Although I am unable to fully substantiate the above dates here, there is ample proof available which can not only demonstrate that the years are correct but that the actual dates of Jesus’ birth and death are also accurate. Jesus lived on this earth from (Tishri 1st) 29th September 2 B.C. until 3rd April A.D. 33, a total of 12,240 days. It is worth noting the following: the number 2 is associated with Jesus as the Son of God, the 29th September was the second day of the week, a Monday: similar number associations can also be seen in His death on the 6th day, Friday, and His Resurrection on the 8th day, Sunday: 8, linked to resurrection, is the 3 times repeated number, 888, of His name, Ἰησοῦς: 153 (John 21: 11), is linked to the Saints. 12,240, the days Jesus was on earth, is the product of 8 x 10 x 153: again, 153 is the sum of all the whole numbers from 1 - 17 and 17 is the 7th prime number: Jesus life was 2 x 17 x 360 days, or exactly 34 ‘prophetic’ years. There is more that could be said on this subject.

Because we did not know Jesus birthday for sure it would seem that it wasnt something celebrated in Bible history. SEARCH: 'Birthdays' first started as a form of protection.
It is assumed that the Greeks adopted the Egyptian tradition of celebrating the “birth” of a god. They, like many other pagan cultures, thought that days of major change, such as these “birth” days, welcomed evil spirits...... Remember Herod celebrated his as his daughter danced and was given a gift of anything she wanted (EVIL came of that). Im ok with celebrating Jesus birth by taking over what was once pagan as we have a better, stronger celebration. Remember this: John 1:3, KJV: "All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made." John 1:3, NASB: "All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being."......THIS TRUMPS ALL

    Or...you could look in the Bible...Luke 1:26
“In the SIXTH MONTH the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth, to a virgin...” a lot of translations say “in the sixth month of Elizabeth’s pregnancy” but that is not in the Greek. The sixth month is a month on the Hebrew calendar corresponding to August/September for us. Later on we find out that it was also the sixth month of Elizabeth’s pregnancy. She is six months pregnant on the sixth month.
Mary conceives in the sixth month and could give birth in the third month around the feast of Pentecost (the birth of the church). The law was given to Moses around this time. The Holy Spirit arrived also on this date.
The course of Abijah moves around based on a six year cycle. In the third year, he was scheduled at the temple for the third week in the 11th month. In the third year he was scheduled for the 2nd week of the 12th month. Either of these could have resulted in Elizabeth being pregnant six months in the sixth month. You can find the information for the priestly courses in the Dead Sea scrolls.

Juliana Ruggiero I’m interested I. Learning more about this. Are you saying that according to the Hebrew calendar, the sixth month is different and indicates He was born
on Pentecost? If so, is the Feast of Dedication applicable in either His or John’s birth? Is the book of Maccabees applicable in any case? I’m very interested in whether it’s applicable or whether the Apocrypha in Orthodox Jewish tradition and Catholic tradition are viable in evaluation of the scriptures. In my church we observe the Leviticus 23 feasts ordained by Yahweh but I’m interested in learning more about whether we could or should consider the practice of man made observances of His power like Purim or Hanukkah. I’m grateful for feedback or resources you’re willing to provide!!

The problem with this is our calendar was changed by Pope Gregory, and so he changed the calendar from April to January, now April coincides with the Hebrew calendar, therefore Yahshua was born in the third month which was June, and as he Yahshua was referred to as the 2nd Adam Yahshua was born on the 6th day of June, this is the same day the Israelites arrived at Mount Sinai, which was a type of birth because Yahweh said Israel is my son even my first born. So Mary conceived in September and gave birth to Yahshua in June, HALLELUYAH

Well done. I lean toward using the Hebrew Calendar given to Moses, but you still aligns with the Fall harvest. I disagree with 3.5 years. The sacrifice is a Lamb in its First year. So 31-1/2. Daniel tells us 7x70. 490 Days. This includes the giving of the Holy Spirit. The Feasts of the LORD are in Johns Gospel. Jesus also attended Hanukkah. And He didn't rebuke anyone for its Celebration. Hanukkah means Dedication. And what Israel did to get rid of another of the Antichrists, Antiochus Epiphanies, who defiled the Temple, was honorable. Hebrews 11:37b-38 speaks of the faithful who joined the Maccabees.
God Bless you Brother for Promoting Truth! God helps us and those who need to accept this, for His Glory! Amen!

YOUR DATES DOESN´T MATCH ON HEBREW CALENDAR:
SIVAN - TAMUZ 1ST MONTH OF ELIZABETH'S PREGNANT
    TAMUZ - AV 2ND
    MONTH
    AV -- ELUL 3RD
    MONTH
    ELUL - TISHRI 4
    TH MONTH
    TISHRI - CHESVAN 5
    TH MONTH
    CHESVAN - KISLEV 6TH MONTH

    KISLEV - TEBET 7
TH MONTH (1ST MONTH OF MARIA'S PREGNANT)
    TEBET - SHEBAT 8
TH MONTH (2ND MONTH OF MARIA)
    SHEBAT - ADAR 9
TH MONTH (JOHN THE BAPTIST BIRTH) (3RD MONTH OF MARIA)
    ADAR - NISSAN 4TH
    MONTH OF MARIA
NISSAN - IYAR 5TH MONTH OF MARIA
    IYAR - SIVAN
    6TH MONTH OF MARIA
    SIVAN - TAMUZ
    7TH MONTH OF MARIA
    TAMUZ - AV
    8TH MONTH OF MARIA
    AV - ELUL
    9TH MONTH OF MARIA
IF WE TAKE THE DATE OF THE VIDEO WHERE ELIZABETH GOT PREGNANT, THIS IS THE PERIOD OF THE 2 LAST WEEKS OF SIVAN ACCORDING TO THE HEBREW CALENDAR, JESUS (YESHUA) BORN ON THE MONTH OF ELUL NOT TISHRI. ON THE OTHER HAND WE DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHEN ELIZABETH GOT PREGNANT IT COULD BE ANY DAY FROM SIVAN 15TH ONWARDS. IF ELIZABETH GOT PREGNANT ON THE MONTH OF TAMUZ WHICH IT'S ALSO POSSIBLE THEN JESUS (YESHUA) COULD HAVE BEEN BORN IN SUKKOT WHICH IS THE 15TH DAY OF TISHRI. ON THING IT'S SURE JESUS WASN'T BORN ON DECEMBER 25TH.

the Quran say that when Mary the saint gave birth to Jesus, God inspired her to eat from the *fresh ripe dates of the Palm tree*.

Starting the first course of priests on April 8 is arbitrary and has no basis in fact as it was a continuous cycle. The Dead Sea Scolls & the Talmud tell us which priests were serving in the Second Temple when it was destoyed in 70 AD

What about the fact that King Herod died in Jan-Feb 4 BC? He killed all the male children under 2 yrs. old the previous fall. Jesus would have been born in the fall of 5 BC. and crucified 30 AD! Can you prove King Herod only died in Jan.-Feb. 3 BC?

I think the same, that Jesus was born in the fall of 5BC (sukkot time) and died 31AD

Some of we Christians are interested in the month our Saviour Jesus Christ was born so in my opinion, I think we can have the accurate month only if the person who did this analysis would have calculated it in Jewish month because their calendar is different from the rest of the world. So God bless the person who used his time for let us know our King of Kings birth month but please use the Jewish calendar

So I have to be that guy. Why do people have to have Proof. Proof Jesus was born, Proof when Jesus died, when resurrected. Proof tells me that person has no faith, and unless Jesus is your Lord God and Savior, all the Proof won't keep you from hell. Read the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Only Proof for SALVATION AMEN.
