i've had doubts about canelo's corner when it comes to strategy and the like, but the mitt training is world-class 100%
always has been, he doesnt make it easy for canelo and constantly challenges him, and from what i can see he still has a lot more to teach canelo
i reckon when canelo is 30, he's going to box at a level that's frightening
it's crazy how accurate you are, canelo beat ggg, became a 3 weight division champ, now owns 3 of the 4 middle weight belts, beat the top guys and is still improving. damn this guy is a monster

gottta disagree on the footwork part. The reason why his footwork seems slow is because he wants to be in position to counter when he gets his timing down. Canelo will be using the uppercut to great effect against chavez jr. If the sparring rumors are true, Chavez Jr might get stopped.

Its a close fight. Will GGG use the jab to keep Canelo on the outside? GGG has a good probing jab that can hurt you as well as set up hard hooks to the head and body. Can Canelo handle GGGs pressure? Will Canelo be able to hit GGG and make him respect his power early? If Canelo counters GGG and hurts him he'll have GGG second guessing and can set traps to land his power shots. Canelo also has the faster hands and that can play a big role. Its an interesting fight and either guy can win it. Im leaning a little bit towards GGG tho

A 20 punch combo doesn't help you when you can't control the space between you and your opponent the way Gennady Golovkin did in the first fight . He took away all of Canelo's tools in the first fight and he only had spurts of deperate separation . Anyone that didn't see the fight like it really happened I'd still at the casual level . The more times I watch the first one the more amazed I am at the incredible skill of GGG . To nuetralize the best counter puncher in boxing was amazing , and he did all he could to simply not get knocked out , and that was not deserving of a draw , it was a rip off .
