when both in "Dilettanti" Category (before to become professionals )
I also was a student at University when "Dilettante ciclist" .
He becomes famous in the Italian Ciclism world, before to be a "Dilettante", during the years as "Juniors ciclist" ( Juniors Category = 17 and 18 years old agonist Ciclists)
From North of Italy he was competing for a Tuscan club (central Italy) as me.
During that time He was one of the most Complete Young ciclist!
Diletanti category may also mean having fun....its obvious from the videos....And having fun is rare today. Nobody can teach you to have fun. :)

Good access behind the scene. Would have like to see the whole team. Seems like Peter Sagan runs the show If I understood what was said. Nice to see Peter talking in full fluent sentences for a change and not being so cryptic, except for that comment "we can not say cycling is like foot ball but in a way it is." ? That's got to be a classic Saganism!
This team is just what cycling needs right now - breaking the boring Ineos interview mould!

Great video with great riders! However, there's way too much music. I want to here the riders talk without music in the background all the time, the music makes it too messy and gives the video a sense of being in rush
