The Hot Fluff lipsticks are to be used as a multifunctional product. It says so in the description. I’ve purchased one of these, I’m thinking the darkest one. I’ve used it on my eyelids and really liked it. It didn’t smudge or crease. I used tiny bit of a darker eyeshadow on the outside corners and a lighter one on the inside part to complete the look.
I haven’t tried Jason Wu but I did notice Urban Decay’s new Wild West palette packaging. The outside box photos of the shadows broken down help you decipher which are powdery mattes, which have a sheen, and which are more chunky metallic. I hate swatching so I really appreciate packaging that shows me what to expect.
I really like the lip pencil with the lipstick. I'm not a fan of sheer glitter shimmer eyeshadows either. The glitter gets everywhere, as you mentioned. You made everything work so beautifully. Gorgeous, Lisa. ❤💖🥰
After another blogger review I tried 3 products from Jason Wu...a lip stain, lip plumper and a glitter eye color. Enjoying the lip stain and plumper but not the glitter eye color because like you I thought it was too sheer and had fall out. I think I will have to try some more products before I decide for sure.

Those lipsticks are advertised as cheek color as well, and I probably use mine that way as much or more than on the lip. The honey fluff matte lip cream is also lovely and not drying like other matte lip products I’ve tried. Not a long wear product at all, but I was very pleased.
I’ve seen a few reviews for the eyeshadows. The critique was that the shadows were too sheer. I think the colors are just too similar to other palettes out there to warrant buying them. ❤️
Yes! My thoughts resonated with yours so much. I love the lip liners and the lipstick. It makes a gorgeous blush! But I'm sort of meh on the palette. I purchased the mostly shimmer one and it doesnt really inspire me. However the formula isn't really the issue.

Lisa, whatever you have you can make it work, for me it’s a pass on this palette mainly because there’s nothing in it that I don’t already have in other palettes, even my BKBEAUTY palette I think I could get a similar look using it, also my Target here doesn’t sell anywhere near the brands that your Target sells, they don’t even sell Pixie brand and elf is very limited. I know I keep saying it but The Struggle is Real when it comes to makeup and skincare products and brands here in Australia 🇦🇺 but in saying that it’s not like I’m going to run out of makeup any time soon Lol 😂. The palette is too insipid for me, I need contrast 😊. Also, I would never use the three glittery shadows, so it's a waste. If the brand came to the UK I would definitely buy a few lo pencils (I prefer a pencil I sharpen - they're more precise, imo). Thank you for keeping it honest, I really do appreciate it. 💚💗💚
