I have a child i want to sew for a robust boy,where i am confused is that is hips is 34.5,chest 29 and waist 28,tommy 29(fitted measurements),don't know if i can use the hip measurement to set the fabric on fold for both hip,waist and chest. Or i should give a shape at the waist?

What about shoulder of 20 or 21? Can u still use it to get the arm hole depth? Is there another way to get the arm hole depth? Thats to say the shoulder measurement will determine the arm hole depth and the chest line.huh?. Ur advise please...
