That can be Considered a racist act. If you look at what falls under racism, she could actually sue them. In fact, if that happens to anyone that business can be sued for discrimination a lot of people need to stand up for their self.

How can you kick someone out of a restaurant for political reasons? Easy and 100% legal.
You're on private property - private businesses can ask you to leave for any reason, whether criminality is involved or not, BUT they cannot ask you to leave due to your Sex, Race, Religion, Disability - You (being the guest/visitor) have no First Amendment Rights while on private property. On/in your own residential property, you can deny entry to whatever sex, race, religion or disability you want, and you can kick them out for whatever reason you like*. Remember, The Constitution tells the Government what THEY can do and The Bill of Rights (and subsequent Amendments).+ tells the Government what THEY cannot do. The Amendments don't give us our Rights, they're inherently ours, they protect us from the Government. To be clear, those Rights protects us from the Governments, they do NOT protect us from each other. You can't criminally charge or civilly sue a family member/friend/stranger/employer/ waitress/cashier for telling you to shut up, throwing you out of their house/business or simply ignoring you on the grounds of a First Amendment Right. Hell, I cannot tell you how many times, I've read people b*tching and moaning for being blocked in chatrooms, comment sections, social media; all declaring it's some violation of their First Amendment Right to Free speech. Free speech does NOT demand you have an audience.
*When your asked or told to leave Private property, you must leave otherwise you are trespassing.
1) Don't start asking them the 'who, what, why, where, when and how' questions, so that you can understand what's happening. You'll not only dislike the answer, but you'll also feel compelled to dispute the assertion - your character is being challenged, you're offended, insulted, embarrassed and some degree of angry. Don't cause a scene, no swearing or raised voices and do NOT make them tell you to leave over and over again.
2) Don't make them call the cops on you, you WILL leave, whether it's in cuffs or not, is solely up to and on you.
3) If you do the opposite of 1 and 2, you've just guaranteed your arrest for trespassing and Disorderly Conduct.

BUSINESS OWNERS! This was protestors crowding around people in restaurants and making them leave. In fact as I recall, the business owner apologized.

The minimum wage is regulated by the federal government, not the business establishment your seeking employment at. If you have no experience, you will get paid the min starting pay, which has always been more than the minimum wage. For those on welfare, also federal government regulated, has stipulations on how much income you are allowed to make while on welfare of any kind. Democrats, for the most part, have set those regulations regarding welfare, by keeping black americans segregated. Those who finally realized this and broke free of the "plantation" (as Candice always referred to as) have made successful career choices.....
