Hahahaha! You should have eaten it with rice and if you want it a little more salty or spicy, add a dash of patis with crushed chili.

Sinigang is good on top of rice and you can put hot chili in the soup. The soup is good when the weather is cold. You can ask the server for the hot chili and put calamansi and hot pepper for the dipping sauce. Thanks for sharing you food experience. God bless

I have tried something similar to that, I’m not sure what the name was but it didn’t taste as bad as I thought it would lols and yes it’s very healthy, enjoy😊
Most Filipino soups are super healthy. I only wish it was spicy, you know we blacks love spicy but aside that it was very delicious.
